With tidying up bucket
This kit has been the absolute highlight of our creative mornings, mostly because it takes the "mess stress" out of painting with a toddler. The 12 vibrant colours (36ml each) are just the right size for little hands to dip into, and the creamy, "face-cream" texture makes them incredibly satisfying for finger painting. I noticed that the "washable" claim is no joke; a quick wipe with a damp cloth or a standard cycle in the wash took the paint right off the kitchen table and a favourite white t-shirt. The inclusion of 7 sponge tools and 6 brushes provides a great variety for early motor skill development. My little one spent ages experimenting with the different sponge shapes—stars, flowers, and rollers—to create patterns that they simply couldn't achieve with a brush alone. The palette is a nice touch for teaching basic colour mixing (turning red and blue into "magic" purple), and having everything contained in its own sturdy bucket makes tidying up actually possible. It’s all non-toxic and has smooth edges on the tools, so I felt completely comfortable letting them explore at their own pace. It’s a comprehensive, thoughtful set that feels like a much bigger gift than the price suggests.

Rainy Day Paint Set That Saves Your Sanity (Mostly)
We’re always on the hunt for rainy day activities that don’t involve a screen and a negotiation, and this painting set has slotted into that role nicely. It’s one of those rare kids’ craft buys that feels genuinely worth the money because it’s properly kitted out, not a token paint pot and a brush that looks like it came free with a hotel sewing kit. What you get is a full, organised little painting station: 12 tubes of finger paint, sponge stampers, brushes, a mixing palette, plus a bucket that makes clean up far less dramatic than it usually is. Having everything in one place is a big win, especially when you’re trying to keep play contained to a table rather than gradually spreading across the house like a colourful weather system. The paints themselves are bright and bold, and there’s a decent variety of colours to keep things interesting. The tubes are a good size too, so you’re not rationing paint like it’s wartime. They mix well for little colour experiments and the finish holds up nicely once it dries, rather than cracking or looking dull and chalky. The “little hands” side of it is spot on. The sponge stampers are easy to grip and actually work, and the brushes are short and chunky enough for toddlers to control. It feels like it’s designed with real children in mind, not just scaled down adult tools. It’s been great for keeping them busy while also encouraging the sort of messy creativity that’s good for learning, motor skills, and making up elaborate stories about whatever they’re painting. On the cleaning front, it does what it claims on skin and smooth surfaces. A quick wash and it’s gone. Clothing is always the wildcard with paint, so I’d still treat outfits like they’re on borrowed time and rinse promptly if anything lands where it shouldn’t. The fact it’s tested to EN71 safety standards is reassuring too, because at this age everything eventually ends up on fingers, faces, and occasionally somewhere near the mouth when you’re not looking. Overall, it’s a brilliant rainy day solution, keeps kids entertained for ages, and feels like good value because you’re not having to buy extra bits to make it usable. You’ll still want to cover the table if you value your furniture, but that’s just parenting, isn’t it. Pros Proper all in one kit with lots included, no extra shopping required Bright, vibrant colours with a good range and smooth mixing Tools are well sized for toddlers and easy for them to control Washes off skin and non porous surfaces easily Bucket and palette help keep things more organised than most paint sets Safety tested to EN71 standards, which is reassuring for little ones Cons Clothing will still need quick rinsing if paint gets on it It’s finger paint, so “mess free” depends on how quickly your child can sprint You’ll likely want to protect the table and floor just in case

Great set, but does stain
I was surprised by the paint quality of this set. They are transparent paints (which it says on the tubes) but aren’t streaky and are buildable. The paint isn’t too thick, but isn’t watery thin, it holds a blob shape nicely. The paints do stain clothes, and fabrics, but are easily washed off of hands and plastic/wood. The little orange bucket thing is stuck in a weird crinkled state from shipping, which makes it difficult to use, it also has two small brush pockets on the side. The foam rollers are decent quality, give a nice texture and are easy for little hands to use. The same goes for the small stamps, although cleaning them makes them feel fragile (although that’s expected for cheap children’s toys). The paintbrushes are standard cheap brushes, but they do spread paint evenly. Overall I’m impressed with the product, and my 3 year old loves painting with it. Definitely worth the money
