So, I was really keen to try this 10-in-1 Hydrating Mask hair treatment from the same range. I've been using the product once a week for about a month now, and I really like it. It's easy to open and close the pot - even with wet hands in the shower - and it's straightforward to extract a dollop of the product from the pot to use. I have short hair and don't need to use much, so the 270ml pot is a great size for me and will last me a good while. The hair mask is thick-ish but not overly so and it's not heavy - it feels thicker and richer than a normal conditioner but it still feels quite lightweight on my hair, which is great. It looks and feels nice and smooth. I love how practical the product is - it's very easy and quick to use. Unlike many other hair masks/conditioning treatments that require you to leave the product on for ages to do its work, you only need to leave this on for one minute, then rinse off. This makes it a really simple way to give your hair a noticeable, nourishing boost. Overall, my hair is in good condition - it feels soft and looks shiny. However, I have some highlights at the front and those blonde strands can get a bit dry and frizzy and need some serum on them to calm them down. I notice that, on the days I use this Dove hair mask, not only does my hair feel really soft and hydrated overall, but those blonde bits are much better - they don't feel crispy or look frizzy and serum use isn't essential. Like all Dove products I've ever tried, the fragrance is lovely and not too overpowering. I would happily recommend this Dove Scalp + Hair Therapy Soothing Hydration 10-in-1 Hydrating Mask hair treatment and I will likely order it again once I've finished this pot - it's a quick, easy, affordable way to give your hair a noticeable, nourishing boost and reduce frizz.

This smells nice and you don't need much. I don't use it from root to tip, I use it half way down to tip because I find the oils used in these weighs my hair down and can make my hair too flat. I will say that my hair was not frizzy and felt really soft which makes my hair look so much healthier. I use it once a week as stated but you can use it more if you need and I leave it on for slightly longer than 1 minute.

So naturally I jumped at the chance to try their new Scalp + Hair Therapy range, specifically the Density & Growth 10-in-1 Hydrating Mask. First impressions are great. I love the simplicity of the design, and you can immediately tell it’s a Dove product thanks to the brand’s strong recognition. The pot is easy to open, and its wide opening makes it simple to get a generous amount out. The lid is also easy to screw back on, even with damp hands. The instructions for this mask are to apply generously to damp, clean hair and massage, then let it sit for a minute before rinsing. I couldn’t have been happier to see these instructions. Most hair masks I’ve used ask for 5–20 minutes, and as I struggle showering due to disability, I don’t have that much time. Leaving it in for a minute is very manageable. The mask applies easily and rinses out without any effort. Once dried, my hair felt beautifully soft from root to tip, smelled clean, and most importantly, I couldn’t feel any build up. This is fantastic for me, as I usually keep my hair care very simple—just shampooing and conditioning—because my hair is vulnerable to build up. The hydrating mask mentions 10-in-1 benefits, and after three uses I can confidently say that these benefits are noticeable, especially in restoring hair fluidity and improving frizz control. At £9.99 for 270ml, this is excellently priced. I will be replacing it when it runs out, and I would recommend it to anyone whose hair needs nourishment.
