Not recommended.
This product increase digestive issues....like gas , bloating and also stomach upset....I m using this product from last 25 days but not seen any weight loss insist of that upgrading gastro problem on me... My husband also facing the same issue....I don't know whats going on...

Don't waste your money
For three months, I took 3000 mg of Fast&Up L Carnitine. There were no results. In addition, I was dealing with a severe case of gas in my stomach and foul-smelling farts. I believed my protein powder was to blame. So I converted it from Isolate to Yeast protein and ultimately to plant protein. I was still experiencing bloating and foul-smelling farts. However, I immediately stopped taking 3000 mg of Fast&Up L Carnitine, and that same day, my entire problem was resolved. I looked it up on Google and discovered that although L-carnitine is more frequently linked to "fishy" breath, urine, or body odor, it can also result in foul-smelling farts. Trimethylamine (TMA) is produced when gut bacteria digest L-carnitine after it isn't completely absorbed. It is an ultimate waste product and a waste of money. Please purchase with appropriate direction.
