USB charging function is not working. I’ll return the item. The camera worked without any problem though. Pairing with wifi also worked fine.

I bought this frame to replace an old 8 inch Sony Digital Picture Frame. The frame was nicely packed and arrived on time. It was easy to set up and I had photographs loaded to it within minutes. The settings are easy to get to and use. My photos look wonderful on the frame. The app is easy to use and it did not take long for me to transfer 100s of photos from my phone to the frame. The only downside I can see to the frame is the lack of a USB port I have several USB drives of photos which I used on my old frame which, unfortunately, cannot be displayed on this one. For the price paid I think this is a great digital frame and I am very happy with the purchase.

Beautiful large picture frame. Lots of memory for loading pictures. Very easy to setup and load pictures. May buy a second.

FINAL UPATE: I am pleased to share that the photo frame has been replaced. I am extremely pleased with the response from the support team. We only communicated by email and the responses were some of the most polite I have ever seen. Very happy and surprised how quickly they replaced the defective unit. The product is great and the support was amazing. Upgrading to 5 stars. UPDATE # 2: As a follow up to my first update. I have received daily updates from the support team and worked through some troubleshooting with them. Unfortunately none of those attempts worked. They have offered to replace the product and I expect to receive that shortly. Upgrading my review to a 4 stars as I fully understand that products can fail but it speaks volumes when you receive great support. UPDATE: I sent in a service request to the seller using the email address provided in the manual. I received a very polite response within a few hours. I have provided some order details to the seller and hope to have a positive response shortly. Fingers crossed. Upping the star rating to 3 stars. ORIGINAL: I actually loved this product when I received it at Christmas. It worked well and was easy to use. How ever I am just 5 days outside the Amazon return window and it has stopped working. The companies support site is difficult to navigate and I am not sure if I will ever get a response. It doesn’t seem to actually submit the support form. There are actually a lot of support issues logged. I am doubtful that the 4.5 star rating for this product is accurate. I would encourage you to check out there support site before you buy.

It was EXTREMELY easy to set up, and add photos. Downloading the app then moving on to add photos was easy. It looks beautiful, well made, and it made an amazing birthday gift for my dear friend that loves pictures. Got it on a good deal. I am very satisfied may buy more when it goes on sale again.

After spending a lot of time, looking through many reviews and different products, I finally decided on this digital picture frame. I knew I wanted something with a wooden frame that was large, with quality images, and easy set up which is exactly what I got,100%. In my pictures uploaded to my review here, I took a photo of the frame with the flash off, and the wood looks darker than it truly is. I then took a picture with the flash on, and you can see the true coloring of the wood frame and it looks natural. I have the frame sitting on my bar, where everyone in the living room or sitting on the couch can see it. It holds many images. I think they said 40,000 but don’t quote me on that and the Wi-Fi connectivity is easy. It has its own app that makes it simple to upload pictures. Also, if you get confused and can’t remember if you already uploaded one of your pictures, you can tell by a little sign that the app adds to the image in your phone photo album so it will tell you it’s already been uploaded. You can also add little cute captions and emojis to your picture so when people look at your photos, they can get an explanation of what’s going on in the picture or where it was taken or who it is a picture of. Anyone can add a picture from anywhere if you share the link with them, which makes it helpful especially if you have parents in another state and you want to send pictures of the grandkids to them. It’s very fast and you can upload pictures right from your home and it will pop on immediately to their digital frame, which also makes this an excellent gift. I am very pleased with this and recommend getting one if you love pictures. I am a cancer and I absolutely love pictures. My house is full of them! One important thing to remember is NEVER UNPLUG THE FRAME FROM THE WALL WITHOUT FIRST TURNING IT OFF! I read that this could ruin your frame! I hope my review helped you make your decision.
