This product worked great. The box it arrived in was heavy, but once I assembled it, the machine rolled easily on it’s wheels. I was able to unclog my kitchen sink which occurs like twice a year. I have paid professional plumbers who basically uses the same machine. This was cheaper than paying for one plumber trip. I would buy it again.

Works great, easy setup ran it about 50 feet out of the box and it performed better than my other self feeding snake. Only reason it's not five star is the frame material is very this walled steel. It's worth it for a handyman just starting out or the DIYers.

Shipping was quick. I received the unit 3 days after my order. Assembly was straight forward. Install wheels. Install handle. Install belt. Took about 5 minutes with the supplied wrenches. Plugged the unit in and off to the races. I had a persistent slow clog in a 4 in line about 20 ft down flow. When the head of the line hit the blockage the snake started binding and the motor started torquing. Then almost instantly it broke through and the clog was gone. It was no trouble at all for the unit. Really glad I made the investment. It was cheaper than calling a local plumber to do the exact same thing. Now if it happens again, I'm ready at no additional charge. I also had reached out to customer service and they responded the very next day. They were very response and easy to communicate with. They seem to value their customers. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. Very pleasing experience.

Exactly what I needed in my basement. A stand-by plumber. Exactly as described and cleared my drain quickly and efficiently.

So the positive, The machine works and I eventually was able to clear a very tough clog that was about 90 feet into the sewer pipe, Now a few negative things. First off this machine smells worse then the sewer you are cleaning; and I mean brand new the second I opened the box. I am talking horrible off gassing from either cheap plastic housing or the grease used to lubricant. Second, you need to learn how to use it by other methods. Basically the instructions are very poorly translated to English language. Most importantly the screw that holds the head on cannot be properly tightend for tough usage, I After tightly installing it I still lost the head and the screw quickly on the first attempt. Word of advice go out for a little over a dollar an purchase a longer 6mm bolt and a locking nut, Mind you my clog was tough, but but I had to rework the poorly designed Chinese part. But again positive note it does actually work.

Great machine for the price , I like attachment carrier and auto feed/return arm. Has a good cable with inner core. Instructions not so good. Tires could be larger, you will lose plastic hole cover when tilting back to roll around. FYI only use ccw/reverse if cable get stuck, use cw /forward all the time even when returning cable to drum , I've had several help mess up cables thinking different

I actually haven't used this yet. But I tried it out. What I like about the automatic feeder. Engages just with one lever. Unlike all the other machines that were similar to this that I've had in the past. You needed to get engage a knob and then the lever to make it go one way or the other. This unit just uses one lever to engage forward and reverse. Just makes things so much more easier to activate the automatic mode for feeding. If I was the engineer though I would probably improve one thing and all these models. I think it would be better if they had a arm on the outside or the inside of the drum that would help the cable retract inside the drum without getting tangled up so easily inside the drum. Or the other option and maybe both options would probably work out better would be slant the drama on a 45° angle that way the cable would be less likely to get tangled up inside the drum. But I am really impressed with the automatic feeder. I can't wait to use it.
