It works GREAT!

I have 2 young Labradors and one of them is a bit too smart for her own good, which has led to her taking her sister out for adventures around the neighborhood. They're both micro-chipped, but that doesn't help when I'm trying to locate the little brats. Since they stay together, I decided I'd put this GPS on one of them and see if it helped me track them down when they inevitably escape again. It was really easy to clip onto a standard 1" collar, which is what I use on my dogs. The app works with Android, which is super important to me as I refuse to pay the price for iPhones. At $13, the tracker itself is a good value for the money. The subscription is going to add up though--I went with the 3 month to start out so I could see if it works for us, but if it continues to function I will probably upgrade to year long. I live in western Washington and we get a good amount of rain. . . so far, the tracker seems to be fully waterproof. The girls have gotten out since I put the tracker on one of them. Because they kept moving, it didn't pinpoint their location with 100% accuracy, but it DEFINITELY helped me find them by showing me where they had been and the direction they were running! I was able to catch up to them and call them back to me--at least they have good recall!--much faster than previous escape attempts. I haven't really checked the activity level tracking, as I put the tracker on the more docile of the two girls and she's content to be a couch potato when her sister isn't being a bad influence! I will probably swap it to the more active dog if it turns out to be a long term solution. It's peace of mind if you have a dog who likes to take off, and to me, worth the money.

I don't want to give any stars. It worked for 1 day and hasn't worked since. The contact thru the app leads to a WhatsApp number and has a voicemail. I was able to request a refund thru the app, but kept one month fee and I've tried it for only 3 days. Completely unsatisfied and extremely disappointed!!!
