Great Natural Colors for Baking

Squid ink is not vegan, and not approved in the US as a colorant.

Not what I expected
Colors are bright. Red more like pink and green I couldn't tell you. Looked purple to start out but never looked green

Decent, containers are small.
These work well. The black (squid ink) has a bad smell. Luckily no one seemed to notice once it was mixed in with the frosting. I couldn’t get the blue as bright as I wanted but that’s pretty standard with natural dyes. It was nice to have a black option. I used the entire container of black for the 2 gray colors in my cake. The blue ended up looking pretty grainy. I would purchase these again.

Excellent food coloring
Nice natural food coloring. Used it for macarons and cupcakes, and they came out perfect. Nice, deep colors.
