I really like this ring. It’s open so it fits most fingers. Without having to expand or shrink it, it fits perfectly as a thumb ring on me. Which was how I was going to wear it anyway. I like that it has the magnets that promote health. I have no idea how it works or if it’s just a placebo effect but I have less pains in my hands and fingers when I wear it. I’m not sure about helping anxiety I think I would need one for every finger. I have noticed that I play with it when out so it could be it. I’m tempted to see if they have other styles or colours.

I love jewellery, and I have quite the collection for a guy. I am particularly drawn to silver instead of gold, as I just think it looks better from a fashion perspective. I ordered this because it is simple, which is something I also prefer. Right away, it comes pretty shiny and new, with that beautiful creamy look silver has. It is an open ring, so it needs adjustment, so don't worry if it doesn't fit perfectly at first. All you need to do is push the gap closed. I use my middle finger for rings, and I am usually a size M to O in men's sizes. I had to adjust it all the way to fit, but it is now okay. To be safe, I have stacked it with another ring I usually wear so it doesn't slip off, but I don't think it would anyway. I can say I enjoy this ring, but I am concerned about the tarnish. Obviously, this is expected with silver and is a common issue. However, other rings I have can be brought back to life witha quick wipe. Unfortunately, this needs a bit more, and a silver cleaning solution is needed. It works well, but there is noticeable tarnish that won't come off. This is expected, but not until much longer in the life of the ring. So I can't see this lasting for long, to be honest. As for the health claims, they aren't the reason I ordered this, although they would be a huge benefit. Unfortunately, I can't say I feel any better physically or mentally after wearing this ring, but I wasn't expecting that anyway. Maybe there are benefits under the hood, so to speak, but I am not aware of them.

Bought this to go with my bracelet as heard it helps with both together. Only downside is it's not a full ring and if you have chubby fingers it leaves quite a big gap, otherwise it looks nice on .

This is a really nice ring. The wire of the spiral is flexible enough to manipulate to the size and shape you need it without being flimsy or bending oo easily when you don't want it to. It is reasonably long so may not be the best choice if you have shorter fingers, but if you're flexible about what finger you wear it on most people with average sized hands can probably find at least one finger it will fit nicely on. The metal is a glossy black that looks really sleek and nice. The decorative parts on the ends of the spiral contain a small button magnet each, embedded in the side that's against your finger so the touch your skin if you believe that matters, and they aren't visible when you're wearing the ring, which is the best of both worlds with magnetic jewellery in my opinion. They seem securely fixed in there, which is always a concern with magnets. Overall it's a really nice piece of jewellery.

What a cute ring this is! It was a little big but it can be adjusted by pushing the two ends closer together. I love the design on it, flowers and vines. It goes well with my other ring and I'll have to see what the magnetic type bits do as haven't worn one like that before. I hope it does help with my anxiety as it's been a bit up and down recently. Lovely pattern, happy with purchase. Also comes in a cute box!

This ring is really nice looking but unfortunately I haven't been able to wear it yet. I assumed it would be easily adjustable due to being an open ring but the metal is really difficult for me to bend...which I suppose is a good thing for durability but it only fits me on my ring finger at the moment and I already have rings for those fingers that never come off and wouldn't fit together well. I'd like to wear it on my thumb but I'm just not strong enough to bend it slightly so that it fits. I will update with any information of it's effectiveness after I've found a way of making it bigger and wearing it for a while

The ring looks neat and actually looks better in real life than in the photos. The gold colour is nice and doesn’t look cheap. Thanks to the adjustable size, it was easy to fit it to my finger. I feel that it has an anti-stress effect, as simply spinning the ring is calming, especially in stressful moments. It helps me relax, which may have a positive effect on sleep. I also noticed that when my hands are busy, I’m less likely to snack out of stress, so it may indirectly help with weight control. I wear it daily and it’s comfortable – it doesn’t get in the way during normal use. I haven’t noticed any allergic reactions or skin irritation, even though I have sensitive skin. The quality seems solid, although long-term use will show how it holds up over time. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and think it’s an interesting anti-stress gadget combined with jewellery.
