These shorts are lightweight and quite stretchy. I love the high waist and the side ties, which allow you to ruche the shorts to your preference. I’ve worn these for yoga and practicing shuffle dance, and they are great for both. My only complaint is that the bottom of the leg, where the ruffle is, is attached to a band of elastic, which feels really restrictive. The elastic is unnecessary, as the shorts are a stretchy material that is form-fitting on its own. I used a pair of scissors to carefully cut out the ruffle/elastic detail, and now I love these shorts for stashing in my gym bag! The high waist (again) and side ties allow you control the amount of stomach coverage, which is a win for everyone.

My granddaughter loved the high waisted ruffle shorts. The ruffle is on the hem making them so cute. they fit her perfect and they are light blue her favorite color. Arrived on time. She said she can't wait to wear them outside, right now she wears them in the house. She said they are very Comfortable and the length of the shorts are perfect for her.

I think that these shorts are cute in theory, but they are just not a good choice for a place like the gym. The fabric is soft, but very thin and a bit see through, so gym shorts is a bad idea.

Cute and stretchy black shorts! They are short and wear more like “biking shorts”. But these shorts have ties on each side and a cute ruffle design at bottom. Fits true to size and great value for the price. Shipping was lightening speed as well! 10/10!

These colorblock girls athletic shorts are made of quick dry swimsuit material. We will be using them as swim shorts. They have a side tie feature, ruffle hem and they are double lined. They don’t have a super amount of stretch, they are made to be tight/fitted like biker shorts. They are silky soft, would be good for high activity, the colors are very vibrant and pretty! The quality is really great, the stitching and hems are all straight and well sewn!
