These normal sized capsules that are easy to take if you are used to taking capsules with no unpleasant after taste and they didn’t repeat on me. Like most supplements quality of ingredients and consistency in taking them regularly is key for maximum effectiveness; to see any benefits you need to keep up with your regime, sometimes you may only notice the difference when you stop or switch brands. The capsule's ingredients are: wormwood powder; clove bud powder; black walnut hull powder as the three active ingredients; rice flour to bulk it up; and magnesium stearate which stops the contents from forming clumps. Note that the walnut hull is the outer shell of the walnut, not the nut inside. The capsules are made from HPMC - known in the chemical industry as HPM or Hydroxy-Propyl-Methyl-Cellulose - which is a water-soluble modified cellulose product that is made from cotton.
