Stanley 25-1218 20-Feet Fits 3-5 Gallon Ultra-Flexible Hose Hang Up Wet or Dry Vacuum Cleaner

Great upgrade to the short and annoyingly stiff hose that originally came with my shop vac. This one is way more flexible and easy to manipulate. It's also nice and long. It fit my Stanley SL18129 perfectly even though it wasn't listed as a compatible model. The bend in the end is a little annoying though because longer splinters and things kept getting stuck in it which were hard to get out. I guess they were trying to make it more ergonomic or something, but I kind of wish it was just straight.

Purchased as a replacement for the substandard one that came with my little Shop-Vac; it is long, reinforced, flexible and less expensive than others I looked at. I had to switch the threaded end with the one from my original hose (perfect fit) but it was not difficult and has not come loose. I like the slightly curved end as I mostly vacuum standing water and use to clean out the car; the angle of it makes using the tools more comfortable. It is still gentle enough of a bend to have passed a ball point pen all the way through to the tank without getting hung up in the hose. It is long enough to leave the vacuum on one side of the car and easily reach the other side as well as the rear seat area without moving the vacuum. This is the hose that should come with all small vacuums!

A defective product as the hose connection to the wand elbow will not stay connected. Seems that the adhesive is faulty.

I LOVE this hose for our Shop-Vac Hangup vac! Our Hang-up is hanging in our garage where it's convenient to vacuum out our vehicles as needed without having to worry about getting tools and cords out nor having to do much to put it all away again. I LOVE this hose, it stretches better than the original hose AND it compresses back down shorter so there isn't as much hose to wrap around our hanging canister vac, in fact a simple loop over the top suffices to keep it put away off the floor of our garage. This rubber Stanley hose is more flexible and softer, too. Overall it works much better and is less prone to cracks or pinhole air leaks. HIGHLY recommend, TEN STARS!

If you are sweeping up anything that tends to clump, like aluminum shavings from a mini-lathe, they will bird nest right where the hose connects to the curved handle. For general sweeping it is fine. But I can't use it for the shavings, which I used to sweep up easily with my previous hose of the same dimensions. It had a more straight handle end.

I needed a hose for the length. Used on a Shop Vac product, but fit was fine. Extremely flexible. Kind of reminds me of a "Slinky", but it really worked well for dry debris. Damp debris did create some clogging, but I just contracted the hose and used a 10 ft section of PVC pipe to push the clog out. Hose completely contracts for storage.

Stanley 20 foot hose is a GREAT product. It is very well made using quality materials. The hose is flexible, strong, easy to manipulate, strengths out with very little effort, fits my Shop Vac All around snuggly and works like a dream. UPDATE: After several months of using this hose I find it plugs up constantly. I think the problem is due to the stretching and contracting of the hose. Dirt and dust collects in the hose when stretched and plugs up when the hose contracts. To further complicate the problem it is impossible to run a dowel or other object through the hose to clear the plug due to the curved and attached hose nozzle on one end and the lip on the other end. It is DIFFICULT, TIME CONSUMING and ANNOYING to constantly clean out the hose. I am downgrading my rating of this product from 5 stars to 2 stars.

This is one of the best replacement hose I've ever gotten. 💯👍😊 Is soft and extremely long allowing me to move around more freely. 🤸‍♀️✨🎈

surprised at how robust this hose is. it's a bit strange that it coils itself back up like a slinky. it doesn't want to stay stretched, so you gotta tug on it quite a bit. but other than that, it works fine for the price.
