I’ve gone through several different glasses strings for my husband and he destroyed all of them and broke all of his glasses. These are the first that really work and seem to be unbreakable. He hadn’t lost or broken any glasses since I found these!

These are great for a person who only needs reading glasses, and they are never near when you need them. I have found them to be very, very helpful. Those I bought locally kept slipping off. These do not they stay put.

I tried almost every single type of eyeglass holder so that I can take off my glasses and they just hang down, and this product is the one that didn't slip, and worked from day one. If you have been frustrated with other eyeglass holders that slip or don't stay put, then just hit the buy button. These are your solution.I am knocking off one star for a very specific reason. You will have to replace them, as the plastic will eventually break, and this will become an ongoing expense. My plastic on my first pair broke after 5 months. Acceptable, but not stellar, I was hoping for at least a 9-12 month replacement window, hence the one star deduction.You MAY get longer life out of them than I did. I use them on glasses with thick temples, so the plastic is probably stretched and strained more than on a pair of glasses which does not have thick temples. I am only relating MY experience with durability, and I understand that my glasses place additional strain on the plastic due to the thickness.However, this will not stop me from purchasing the product again. Now that I know the replacement cycle, I will be buying this in bigger batches, as the cost per unit comes down the more you buy.So... buy a two pack to start, like I did to test them out. Once you are convinced these are the solution (and you will be convinced), then purchase more after the first one breaks.

Lightweight, nonslip and the most comfortable of many holders I have tried

I've tried other types and my eyeglasses would invariably fall off--even when I tried pulling the little "nooses" harder. These were a little more difficult to get on my eyeglasses--but they are staying put--YAY!!

As odd as it may seem, these are the first set of "keepers" that I have tried (over many decades of eyewear usage) that deserve a review. Previous sets have fallen into two categories: One style has a tubular "receiver" into which you slide the end of the earpiece. They work, but they are uncomfortable to wear, and awkward to put on or take off. The other style is the popular spring like slider that crimps down on the little rubber bandy thing that attaches to the earpiece. These work fine, until they don't, which is usually after a few months of sliding the spring up and down, which becomes loose - and your glasses start falling off. These work. They are comfortable, and they tightly hold the glasses. Five stars.

Rubber pieces that slip onto the arms of your glasses pull your hair when you put glasses on and take off. Had to move them way down the arms of the glasses to avoid pulls and now my glasses hang in the wrong place on my body.
