I saw someone using one of these at my local gym and ended up buying one to use my own home vs laying on the gym floor. I wanted this to use to exercise my stomach area and it works great. I love the handle feature of it. I can lay on my back, hold this, extend my arms back then forward and really feel the muscles tighten in my stomach area. I will have to watch videos or more people use this for more uses but for now I am happy. Ball is nice and sold, durable and for me 12 lbs is a good weight.

I've been working out with this ball for a couple of months now, and I'm not at all disappointed with my purchase. I could tell as soon as I removed it from the package that this was a high quality item... not cheap and poorly made like some of the other medicine balls I've used. The grips are nice and comfortable and it can take a beating. It cost a little more than I originally wanted to pay, but it will without-a-doubt pay off in the long run.

Yes, this smells like rubber, have you not been to a gym lately?? Anyhoo, this is a great medicine ball, and the handles are PERFECT for gripping and doing routines/exercises without loosing it. Rubber smell dissipates after a while, so don't worry about it. We got the 16 pound ball. It is great for swinging, tapping, passing, holding etc.. Grips TIGHT when held. No slip for us. I love the handles. Comfortable. Easy to use. Encourages you to use this ball. It just didn't feel like 10 lbs. I tried to weigh it on the scales at home and it was hard to do. With the handles, it just wobbles. Couldn't get a good reading. However, I have other weights that ARE 10 lbs, and I don't think this ball is. Otherwise, I love it.

I love these. While expensive, they are sturdy and soft to the touch. Very easy to grip on either side or with both hands. Less chance for injury compared with a rigid kettlebell or dumbbell. And it won't rust. Larger than a conventional kettlebell. I will add a few more to create a set.
