This was honestly such a cool experience. Being able to see my scalp up close was really eye-opening, and the image quality is surprisingly clear. The only small downside is that the device connects through WiFi instead of Bluetooth, so I had to reconnect to my regular WiFi after each scan to see the analysis. It’s not a big deal and doesn’t affect the overall experience. Overall, it’s a fun and practical tool for anyone who cares about scalp health and doesn’t want to spend a lot of time or money going in-store for checkups. It’s convenient, easy to use, and definitely worth trying.

I actually use this device in my scalp spa! I wanted to try something that was more compact being that my space is so small. The images are amazing plus because it’s connected to my phone. My clients actually get to be a part of the process by taking the photos while I analyze their scalp before and after the service! Super happy with this purchase!!!

This is a scam I want a refund zero stars Dear Lush Hair Support Team, I am writing to report an issue with my device. I have been unable to connect it to my WiFi network. Every time I attempt to set it up, I am prompted to connect to an email secure device network. I have tried this multiple times, but I am concerned about the security of this connection and do not feel comfortable using it. Given these connectivity and safety concerns, I would like to return this product. Please let me know the next steps for a return and refund. Regards,

Not all that doesn’t provide a clear view requires you to move it so many times to even get a clear picture. I don’t recommend this for salon settings because it takes away too much time.

I was so excited, it could make the experience more personalized! But it ended up giving me so much stress and make me lost my time! First: Poor quality app, it looks so cheap and it has a lot of bugs, like takes off the picture you choose and the name, if you lose your password, its very confusing! Second: Unstable/unsecure wifi connection, it connects or disconnects, it cost me so much time to find the WiFi network! another thing is you have to switch to you wifi to get the results! Connecting this to their unavailable wifi took me like an hour ! NO INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED. Third: Recommendations... girl if you are going to recommend the worst products (shampoo and conditioner) on the market.... ??? whats the point of this? Better ask your fake friend for advice like this! NO, no and no!
