If you're looking for very low carb noodles, with great texture and the ability to latch on to flavor, from other ingredients, this noodle is for you! I made cheater's chicken alfredo, with alfredo sauce in the jar, fresh chicken breast and these noodles, with some very finely diced onions, and these noodles changed the game! Absolutely delicious, and they don't get soggy or clumped together. I am ordering these for the second time, and I know there will be many, many more times that I will order them, again!

These noodles have become my go to item when I am making my breakfast and lunch veggie soups. They are easy to prepare and are pretty good when it comes to their texture after sitting in the broth for a day or two. They still retain their texture. Unlike other noodles of this type that I have tried, these definitely do not smell and the taste is just right. And the fact that they are lower in carbs than pasta and only 12 calories makes it easy to have them for meals

I really like these, but you need to know what these noodles are. The first time I had this type of noodle was years ago and I thought it was disgusting because the texture is a touch rubbery, but I did not know that and was caught off guard. Now I have recipes that work and I love them! To me they do not go with tomato based sauces and are not a replacement for traditional noodles in alfredo or tomato sauces, but they work great in Asian style dishes and butter based sauces like scampi.

I've purchased this item before and was very pleased with the quality of these low carb noodles. My most recent purchase of this product however, was frankly subpar, not edible and seemed like a completely different noodle. The noodles came out of the package rubbery, adhered together and I was unable to pull them apart after rinsing and cooking per package instruction. It did not taste like food. I wish it were possible to return this item so the company could see the condition of these noodles

Really happy with this pasta substitute. I have a huge pasta addiction and needed a low carb option, this satisfies that craving. Packaged well and into decent sized portions.i can make two to three meals from one pouch.Tastes really good in soups, spaghetti,pho and stir fries will definitely continue to buy.

Loved these because they are healthy and low carb, but they are really expensive for the tiny portion you get!

I love these noodles. I prepare them per instructions and add to my vegetable stir fry. Soooo good. I've ordered three boxes of them. Found my go to noodle.
