I took this as an alternative to actual GLP-1 injections prescribed by doctors and advertisements. It seems to mimic the medicine with hunger and fullness response to food. Once a day works OK, twice a day very well, but do not exceed one dose in the morning AND one dose in the evening. I was bloated with gas with exceeding the dosage, to the extent that I almost stopped eating for almost four days. Ginger Chews helped better than Simethacone to clear that bloating up.

Took this 2 full months haven't gained nor lost any weight. Appreciate all the ingredients as they are beneficial, so will come back for that!

Warning warning DONT use this product unless you talk to you doctor first. I started taking this product two weeks ago and it almost KILLED me. My sugars dropped to 55 I passed out went unconscious and unresponsive. My husband called 911 while in the ambulance I stopped breathing. Thank god the ambulance crew revived me otherwise I would not be here warning you about this product.

Arrived timely. Capsules just as described. Easy to swallow. No after taste. Only day 3 for me but l notice the difference in my appetite already.

I kept hoping I'd notice some benefits from this supplement, I took as directed. By the end of the bottle I was disappointed there was no noticeable difference.
