AIR CONDITIONER COVERS Outdoor Air Conditioner Cover - A/C Winter Weather Protector - Square, Gray

I'm pretty sure I'm supposed to be taking better care of my outdoor ac unit than I do. Covering my unit in the winter, when not in use, seems like the very least I can do to try to keep it alive and healthy. This cover is MUCH larger than what I needed for my unit, but it comes with and elastic belt that holds this cover in place, regardless of how well it fits. I ordered this product knowing both of those facts (1. that it would be too large, and 2. that it came with a belt) and was cool with that. So far this winter this has done an excellent job of keeping leaves and snow out of my unit. Nice price, nice product.

This one worked great for my compressor. It had a band that secured it so the wind wouldn't lift it and fly away. Thanks for Amazon Prime and their offers of great pricing and shipping I couldn't have done better going to a hardware store and taking a chance that they didn't have the size I needed. It is still holding up from the wind and snow covering it. It hasn't flown away or uncovered the compressor like one that I used from another mail order catalog that wouldn't stay in place. This one works great. Love it.

Absolute junk! Worst cover I’ve ever purchased and I’ve had several, one season/5 months covering my air conditioner, pulled it off in the spring and it had five or six holes in it. Others I’ve purchased would last at least five years or so.

This is my second year (season) using it. It is very sturdy and reliable. It does the job and is a good product. The cover is a perfect size for my AC fan outside. The only down side is that I have to tie a string around the AC. The one that comes with the AC is not tight enough and during windy days, would blow off the cover from the top of the AC. Hence last year, I had to keep going out to put it back but since using the string the cover does not blow away anymore. I would recommend the manufacturer have a more tighter string to hold the cover in place.

Cover was as promised. Others claim to have problems with the size of this cover, or keeping it secured. This is the first winter I am using it, so I will wait to comment on how well it lasts. But with the provided strap, and the ability to tighten it around the cover, it is holding well. And my A/C unit seems smaller than most. Living less than a mile from Lake Erie, and given the weather and wind, I have to say this was a good buy.

The first year I used this, some rodents easily ate through it. The elastic was gone this first year. The plastic is thin. I duct used tape the next year on the holes. But new holes appeared that season. This year I folded the bottom up half way to just cover the top of the unit and tighten with rope. This is the last time I will use it and some of the side seams have ripped apart. Overall quality low.

....it survived with no tears, no holes just a good, cover for the air conditioner. It was easy to put on, easy to tie down and, last spring, easily removed and folded away for next winter. One orders these sorts of product with a vague sinking feeling that it won't be tough enough, large enough or have the staying power needed. Assuming we ever get out of 45 day + of 100 heat, we may once again have winter and this will go back one. The price divided by two years adds up to a bargain.

Very durable cover used during the winter for your central air conditioner. Only wish they would of added a bungee cord for the cover, since I'm not so sure about the belt holding the cover on firmly with strong winds. In the past I had a similar one blow off because of the belt. To be safe I use the belt and a bungee cord to secure the cover.
