Where is this made in?

USA. But don't buy from that seller. Mine arrived packed poorly and broken. I asked for replacements or refund, and I never received either.

Are these glasses nucleated (scratch/etched pattern that creates a stream of bubbles from the bottom of the glass)?

The Libbey Stockholm Pilsner Beer Glasses are not nucleated, but Libbey does offer other nucleated options. If you have any questions about our products, you can reach out to customercare@libbey.com.

Can you hang these in wine glass rack?

They are about 9 1/2" tall and the base is approximately 3", with probably enough room to slide on to a wine rack, but the racks are all so different that I cannot guarantee they will fit yours.

can these glasses be engraved?

Maybe. They are pretty thick. Good quality
