installed this and the very first pull broke it, the spring sprung. Whole thing fell apart. Ordered one from the dealer, OEM and it works fine for a few more $$

For my application the grab handle had to be removed first then reinstalled. Keep the original mounting bolts. The supplies bolts had smaller head. Works as expected

I got this pull starter for my Firman P03608 generator. It's a 3650 watt with electric (remote) starting. It uses a 208cc OHV Honda clone engine, like most of them tend to do. I have started to build a stockpile of parts for this generator because when I need to use it (like after a hurricane here in Florida) that will not be the time to try to find parts should there be a failure. The pull starter is the one thing that you cannot afford to be without. My generator has had a dead battery ever since I bought it in 2017 and I have never bothered to replace it because the pull starter is all I really need. If that fails, I will be out of luck.
