It is a single layer of stretchy t-shirt fabric so it is not work appropriate. However it is perfect for summer casual on the run, be aware that outline of your legs will be visible against the light. I gave it only 3 stars because this skirt is a right fit for the size but it is somewhat tight around the knees, still possible to walk - skirt stretches pretty well, but after while it feels like you working out with a resistance band. And stitching on the bottom is a walmart quality.

This skirt was exactly as described and it fit as expected. I am 5'4"/140 lbs/40" hips and it reaches two inches below my knees. I wanted a plain pencil skirt and it comfortable. The material for this black skirt is lightweight but thick enough to be opaque. Can be worn in the office or casually when paired with complementary clothing. I cannot speak to what it would look like after a wash but I can certainly say that the material is a magnet for dust particles. It was a good purchase given the sale price.Update:I recently ordered the Olive Ladies Cotton Stretch Fold-over Waist skirt. This order was cancelled by the seller.

The product was exactly as described, I wore it to work and it was very professional. Material is light, perfect for hot weather, however, it started to open below the knee and suspect that it will not wistand a couple of washes. Since I like it, I'll hand wash it hang it to dry and hope it'll last a bit.Wasn't expensive, so good for the price.

it too thin of material so when youve wore it all day it actually stretches out..if its 90 degrees out beware of sweat stains!!! and on your backside it really isnt flattering...but the color of the skirt and the a-line is a must..I matched it perfectly with other clothing

These skirts are SOOOO THIN.Seriously, I can't wear this to work unless I have a shirt that covers my butt. Also, I was SO disappointed in the "fold down" top since that is the main reason I purchased the skirt. The fold down is SOOO TINY. It's about 2 inches fold down. Any more than that and the tag in the back shows.This skirt is prob great if you're a stick figure and don't plan to fold down the top. It's also great if you don't care about such thin fabric. I mean you can see every dimple on your butt !!!!!Summary: Skirt is too thin and fold down is too tiny. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. I have donated mine to charity, only because I don't throw away clothes.
