Love this nursing bra! Worth the price!
After three years, I decided it was time to replace my old Motherhood Maternity under-wire nursing bras. They had served their purpose and held up well, but I wasn't particularly happy with them: the fit was not quite right, the under-wire made it hard to fold the flap down for nursing. I prefer to try bras on, but decided to look on Amazon. Product reviews always help! This was one of the first in the search list - and it was so highly reviewed that I decided to order one to try on (yes, being able to return it for free influenced my decision!). I was so happy with this nursing bra! I am normally a 36C-D and I since I don't tend to fluctuate in size during or after pregnancy, I ordered a medium. The fit was just right, although I am using the very last clips on the band. It's so comfortable that I think it would work fine to wear to bed. I am just so excited to have a nursing bra that provides so much support WITHOUT the under-wire! I can imagine that if you're a very busty person, this might not work so well - but it works for my size. The removable pads also work just fine for me and provide that extra modesty when wearing t-shirts. I definitely see how the pads won't work for everyone. It's going to depend on the shape of your bust. You'll only be able to tell by trying it on, really. The first couple of days wearing this bra there was some irritation on my back and it took me a bit to figure out that it wasn't the tag. It was some stiff fabric on the part that clips in the back. After another day or two it softened up and is no longer irritating. In summary.... excellent nursing bra. Worth the price! But, since everyone is shaped differently it might not work for you. You just have to try it on to see! I bought another one so I can have one to wear while the other is in the laundry.

Superb bra, but Amazon's size chart is wrong
I used this bra 8 years ago with my first child, and absolutely loved it. It's very comfortable and functional. The cup clasps can easily be undone and redone with one hand, and there's a strap of elastic that connects the strap to the bottom of the cup so that you don't lose the strap while nursing. That elastic is not stretched at all, and there is no underwire in this bra, so it doesn't put extra pressure on your ducts, which means the bra isn't going to contribute to a risk of developing mastitis. I also love how the bra is stretchy and covers the range of 2 cup sizes. That great, since you can fluctuate a bit in the beginning. I also loved the removable cup forms. I could take them out at night for the ultimate comfort and breathability, and put them in during the day to keep my nipples or breast pads from showing through my shirt, and they could catch very small leaks too. I used this bra, and only this bra (because I couldn't afford more than the one) for 3 years and it held out the whole time! Now I'm almost due with my second, so I bought this bra again, to get me started. The only thing I didn't like about this bra was its high coverage. It fits like a tank top. That was great for going with t-shirts, but lower cut shirts won't work with this bra. I'm going to order the "Bliss" bra too, once I have dialed in my postpartum cup size, because it doesn't cover up as high. ***There is, however, one thing I wanted to caution you on-*** and that is Amazon's size chart: it's all wrong. I'm a 36 D, and the Amazon chart told me to order a large, so I did. Well, when it arrived, I noticed the size chart on the back of the packaging and it said I should have gotten a medium. I pulled up the Amazon chart to compare and noticed that the two really don't match at all. So, I tried on the bra, and it was, indeed, a little too big. When I leaned back, the cups wrinkled. I don't know if my size will increase, decrease, or stay the same after this baby is born, but the only way this large was going to allow was for an increase. So, I sent it back and ordered a medium. I feel that the medium will have enough stretch to handle an increase, and is better sized for a decrease, or no change. For your reference, I have included a picture of the sizing chart from the package.

I put this on and instantly, my breast felt higher and tighter!!
I opened this package and the color, hand feel and overall quality felt steps above other bras I've seen in the marketplace. Having purchased a few nursing bras already, I selected the grey color because it was not black and the only neutral that would be close to my skin tone. I did wish this bra came in hues of brown since grey isn't really a nude for me. After wearing this bra one day, I felt lifted, tighter and almost like my breast felt pre-baby. My posture felt straighter and my clothing fit smoother. I attempted to nurse in the bra and always had a hard time unclipping with one hand. It seems like the clip is too high at the shoulder point and I reach up and grab and have to tug a bit to get open. I CANNOT reclip this bra with one hand. The placement of the clip makes this impossible so I normally have to just leave one or both sides down until my hands are free. Washing this bra, the pads on the inside come out - so keep track of the pad bc with out it, your nipples will show through. I really wish this was also a pumping bra. I can only wear this bra out when I'm not going to be pumping because there are no holes are crossover layers to allow a pump flange to fit. I find that I am now wearing this bra less or not at all because of my need to pump and this bra isn't as useful though it's the highest quality nursing bra that I own. Would buy again in black but only if it was a pumping bra also or if the clips were easier to attach.

Best Nursing Bra EVER, For So Many Reasons!
I hate wearing bras. If I'm not lactating, the first thing I do when I get home is put on sweats and take off my bra (so I can be 100% comfy!). Unfortunately, I start leaking milk somewhere around my second trimester of pregnancy and don't stop until I wean my baby completely. So bras become necessary (if only as nursing pad holders). I've been wearing this bra for 6 months now, and I can honestly say that it's the first bra I've actually left one when I didn't actually HAVE to wear it. I typically wear nursing sleep bras at night and nursing tanks during the day when I'm around the house, but neither of those are particularly flattering when I have to go somewhere (not to mention that even when breastfeeding I'm not particularly bust, and so the combination of the extra baby weight I'm still carrying with the typical nursing bra with no underwire or padding makes me look exceptionally dowdy). This has become my "going out of the house" bra because it's comfortable, easy to nurse in (you'd think that would be a given, but the one time I bought an underwire nursing bra I found it was very difficult to move the cup away to nurse!), and my favorite feature are the removable foam cups. You can easily take them out if you don't like them (they're pretty much identical to the foam cups you'll find in a lot of swimsuits, although these are much easier to put in and take out and fix them if they get bunched up in the wash) but I love that they give me a little extra "oomph" to keep from looking like I'm binding my breasts. They also do an AMAZING job of disguising nursing pads (which, again, are completely necessary for me to continue using, and I typically have to layer a few cloth nursing pads to keep from leaking, which can be super obvious in other nursing bras). If the nursing pads I use are too bulky you can still see they are there, but if I use a really trim set (which are comparable to disposable nursing pads) you can't tell they're there at all! And most telling of all - today I had a short break between putting the baby down for a nap and having to go pick up my older kids from preschool, and instead of changing into my nursing tank, I stayed in my Body Silk nursing bra and lay down for a nap. It's flatting AND comfortable enough to sleep in AND doesn't show nursing pads, so I pretty much think they should send one of these home with you after you have a baby because it's THAT awesome!

Terrific Nursing Bra - Wish I had found this for my first baby!
I love this bra. I just ordered a second one in black. The first one was the light pink. A very nice light color to use under light colored shirts instead of the usualy nude/beige colors. I only ordered one because I have tried many many nursing bras in all price ranges and none of them have ever been worthy of buying a second. Some of them I just threw away. I have tried Medela bras in several styles, Target bras in several styles, Motherhood Maternity bras in several styles, etc. They all either hurt right away (underwire or rubbing) or later as they wore out, looked like crud after a few gentle cold-water washings in a lingerie wash bag (I never use the dryer), didn't offer decent support, were clumsy to use in public, or showed lumps and bumps either from the bra itself or the thin Medela disposable pads I used with them. This bra has none of those problems. I would have never ordered a non-underwire to use during the day or out and about given my size (I will share below) so I planned to use this just at home. But it is so comfortable and fits so well that I wear it everywhere and all the time, even at night. The rest of my bras are getting tossed. I love the thin pads to hide the pads and provide a nice shape under clothes. Although I have also used the bra without the pads and the fabric is so nice I almost don't need the removable pads anyway. The fit is terrific for me and it is sooo comfortable. No underwires to cause trouble now or later (although when not nursing all I wear is underwire) and no bad rubbing like some other bras do under my arms or on my back. Also, the bra comes with some little conversion clips and instructions to use it after you are done nursing and don't need the fold down cup feature. Clever. If the bra was like my other nursing bras, I would have never thought I would use that feature, but it is so nice I will probably use it as a around the house and sleep bra when I am done nursing in a year. I don't plan to have more children, but may buy a third & fourth of these just for rotation sake and color change. I really wish I had found these with my last child. For reference, I ordered a medium. I wore a 34DD before getting pregnant, was slighly larger during pregnancy but made do with a few of my 34DD bras that fit a little larger. When I get measured, they measure me as a 32G, but I like the fit of 34DD better. I am 5'5" and was 128 lbs before getting pregnant. I'm 141 lbs now, 1.5 weeks after delivery. I hope this helps.

No miracle support but comfortable
This review is after approximately 7 wears. Pre-pregnancy, I am a 34C. Nursing postpartum, I'm a 36 C/D(ish). Pros: - Comfortable - It supports when you put it on fresh after a wash and throughout that day - No underwire digging or blocking milk ducts - the pads are very thin (discreet) and removable, if desired. After a wash, if the pads are crooked, the hole is big enough (and bra stretchy enough) to pull out the pad to straighten and reposition/reinsert - shoulder straps are great material and are adjustable Cons: - the band that connects the shoulder strap to the lower part of the bra when it is unhooked is too thin and stretchy. This band should be supporting the breast (and that side of the bra) while nursing. Unfortunately, it does not do that. My breasts are very heavy naturally and adding breast milk to this situation means support is a must. When you are finished nursing but with an arm still under your baby, the common thing to do is use the only free hand to cross over the chest to grab the bra cup and snap it back into place. Because the band is so thin, as you pull the cup up toward the snap, the band and snap begin to ride up your shoulder. It's not easy to play catch with the opposite hand/arm. So imagine trying to do this in a semi-public place while you pray that jr. doesn't kick your nursing cover open :-) But, realistically, my breasts are heavy so if a) your husband bought you fakies or b) this is the first time your boobs have been stretched to the max and they're still completely perky, you may not have this problem - when nursing and one cup is down, the lower part of the bra digs into the center of your chest, making full breaths a bit of a tasks - must be washed every day to be able to enjoy the maximum support and comfort that this bra is able to provide. Of course these cons may only apply to those of you who have always filled out a bra. I'm always on the larger side of medium EVERYTHING but never big enough to be able to fit comfortably into a large ANYTHING. My breasts could probably set up camp in a large but my waist is small so the hooks would need tighter settings. I was silly to think that this bra would be a miracle and different from the rest. The pictures and models fool me every time :-)

Best nursing bra for larger breasts
I have tried several different nursing bras, and this is BY FAR the most comfortable option- perfect for all-day wear. Throughout this first pregnancy, my breasts seemed to grow exponentially; once my son was born they grew even larger as my milk came in. For reference- I'm 5'6" and started at 36C. I now measure 36 F/G... so nothing seems to fit properly anymore (I found that VS size 38DDD gives nice support and is a good cup size for me, but is not comfortable when I'm full or need to nurse- only good between feedings, for a limited time). I wear a size large in this bra. I've tried two other nursing bras- Elle Macpherson Momamia and Maternelle- the comparable sizes in each of those were uncomfortable (lace on bustline was itchy, holes not large enough, band too tight for all-day wear) and I ultimately gave them away. Other reviewers have noted this could be a sports bra- while this does provide support for regular activity levels, it does not provide me enough support for higher impact exercises. However, this is an all-day bra for me- the fabric is very soft and comfortable; the straps are adjustable with one hand, from the front; the nursing function provides a very large opening for your breast, and allows the fabric to fold under, completely out of the way (even with the washable nursing pad inserted); the fabric washes well and has not lost it's color, shape, or support; the band is soft and has three clasps in the back- other reviewers noted that they had issues with the band rolling over, but that has not been an issue for me. There is no fabric "separator" between your breasts, so with a lot of activity, you might shift around a bit and require some adjusting (this bra doesn't really "lift and separate"). The Momamia and Maternelle bras both do have the separator fabric, but that ultimately led to my personal discomfort and dislike with those two bras. I ordered this bra in four different color options and wear this exclusively. Nothing else compares. Best of luck to you!

Not safe to wear!!! Was happy until it gives TERRIBLY strong disinfectant-like smell when I try to rinse it with just water!!!
It is my very first amazon.com review after being an amazon shopper for two years. Coz I feel I HAVE to write it so you can be alerted that this is NOT safe to wear!! I brought the Medium, Ivory one. When I received the package, I was very happy as this item has 4.5 average rating and all those good reviews besides it looks to be very well made and designed. The size fits well. But it gives such terribly strong disinfectant-like smell ASA I merged it into just the tap water, just water!! ( I have the habit to rinse all new clothes (: ) ASA I merge it into the tap water, just water!, it gave such strong disinfectant-like smell that I could hardly bear. Even at that time, I thought it could be just the manufacturer took extra steps with strong detergent to make it super clean and safe. I then rinsed it for at least four times and the smell NEVER go away! The foam pads do NOT have the smell, just the bra fabric!! So it is definitely not my tap water. I then started to think it thoroughly, how much detergent could they have used to clean it that can make the whole bra/fabric have such strong smell? And Why should they do that? For all new clothes I have brought and rinsed in my life( I am 30!), this is the ONLY one has such smell! The bra looks brand new. But WHY should they do that? The only possibility came across to me is that it is a returned one and it has some kind of problem. To make sure it is "clean", they have had to merge it into some very strong detergent for quite some time!! The regular detergent can be rinsed off easily after 2 times! I have called amazon to return it already. Will NOT consider this brand anymore!! To me, NO one should EVER sell any clothes like that! Especially it is a nursing bra for mom/ mom-to-be! I cannot bear the thought that this was supposed to be used for nursing!! That a baby may touch it!! Please, for your own safety and your babies', find another nursing bra!

Parfait ! Prendre une grandeur de + par contre !
J’adore !

Fits great, SO comfortable! I’m now nursing my third baby so I’ve been through quite a few nursing bras. I wish I had this bra with my first two. I love that it comes with clips to convert it to a regular bra once I’m not nursing anymore. I might buy another one even when I’m not nursing.

Best nursing bra ever!
Best nursing bra ever. Super soft. I measured 36B postpartum and the small fit a bit too snug and I couldn’t wear it to sleep as my breasts would get too engorged. Clipping off each side to nurse my LO is super quick and easy, clipping on is a bit tricky but easy enough to snap on while holding the baby. Just make sure the adjustment part of the strap isn’t sitting right next to where it clips. I bought two and these are the only bras I wear now!

This is an excellent nursing bra
This is an excellent nursing bra. Not necessarily a going out under a t-shirt bra - but for around the house and kicking around - it's soooo comfy and supportive enough for kicking around in.
