Versatile and Convenient Oven for Modern Kitchens!
I recently purchased the Ninja DCT401 12-in-1 Double Oven, and Iโm really impressed with its performance. This oven offers a wide range of cooking options, making it perfect for everything from baking to air frying, roasting, and even dehydrating. Pros: 12-in-1 Functionality โ With 12 cooking presets, this oven really does it all. I love how versatile it is, allowing me to bake, air fry, broil, and even cook pizza with ease. The multiple cooking functions have made meal prep faster and more convenient. FlexDoor & Smart Finish โ The FlexDoor is a game-changer! It allows me to open just one side of the oven for smaller meals, which saves energy and time. The Smart Finish feature ensures that both compartments cook food evenly and in sync, which is perfect for preparing different dishes at the same time. FlavorSeal Technology โ The FlavorSeal feature helps lock in moisture, which keeps food juicy and flavorful, especially when roasting or air frying. It really makes a difference in the taste and texture of meals like chicken or vegetables. Easy to Use & Clean โ The oven is easy to operate with its intuitive controls and clear display. Plus, cleaning is a breeze thanks to the non-stick interior and removable trays. Cons: The size may be a bit large for smaller kitchens, so youโll want to make sure you have enough counter space. It can get a little warm on the outside, so be mindful of placement near heat-sensitive items. Overall: The Ninja DCT401 Double Oven is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a versatile and efficient cooking appliance. Whether youโre baking, air frying, or roasting, it delivers great results every time. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to save time and space while enjoying a variety of cooking options in one appliance!

If I could give 10 stars, I would!
We have used a different toaster ovens, or counter ovens for decades! But this was I think is my favorite. We fell in love with this one right away. We love, love the separate ovens. Many complain about how small the top is. I guess depending on what you thought was being offered, it might be a problem. We knew the size and it has worked out great, for us. We use it to toast bread (now we don't need to heat the whole counter oven, just a small space at top) we warm left overs in shallow dishes in the top oven, like a glass pie pan. Bake dinner rolls, etc. It's just my husband and myself, so the size of both the bottom ovens and the top oven works great for us! I am getting ready to put a chuck roast in the bottom oven now! It save so much electric compared to the whole oven. Oh, we have also found that even if you leave the top oven off, it makes for a great warmer. We made lunch for grandkids and the fries were done before the rest. I tossed them up there on a plate and it kept them warm, not hot, for the kiddos! I would 100% buy this again! If for any reason it gives us fits downtime road, I will come back and update this review, but so far, it heats fast (faster than any we have had before) , bakes evenly, and just works for us! Okay, edit ๐คฃ I just put my roast in. I can only go up to 2 hours for baking? For a slow cooking roast, that doesn't work too well. I don't really mind, because I work from home so I can keep an eye on it. But for someone else, this might matter too much. I would still buy it again. The other positives (for us) still out weigh this tiny negative.

Best of many tried
The Ninja DCT401 Oven โ the unsung hero of camper cuisine and the undisputed champion of liver and onions. Picture it: a cozy camper nestled in the heart of the great outdoors, the scent of sizzling liver and onions wafting through the air like a fragrant symphony of savory goodness. With the Ninja DCT401 Oven at our disposal, we embarked on a gastronomic journey that would make even the most discerning food critic weak in the knees. But that's not all, my friends. Oh no, this oven is not just for the faint of palate โ it's a veritable culinary powerhouse capable of transforming even the humblest of leftovers into restaurant-quality delights. Chitterlings and hog mauls, once relegated to the realm of 'questionable leftovers,' are now elevated to gourmet status thanks to the Ninja's magical touch. It's like having a five-star chef hiding in your camper kitchen, ready to whip up a feast at a moment's notice. So, if you find yourself in need of a kitchen companion that can handle everything from liver and onions to chitterlings and hog mauls with finesse and flair, look no further than the Ninja DCT401 Oven. Your taste buds (and your fellow campers) will thank you. Just be prepared for a few jealous glances from neighboring campers โ apparently, the smell of sizzling liver is a universal language that transcends borders and campsite boundaries. But hey, who needs friends when you've got liver and onions this good? Happy camping, my fellow culinary adventurers, and may your meals be as memorable as your adventures!

We both love it
Works great. Toast in the top oven comes out just right. Pre-heat comes up to temperature quickly. Lots of flexibility.

There's a lot of things to learn, but customizable options are helpful in meal prep
I've had this over for about 2 months now and at first, I thought I was in over my head with all the rules. Toasting is only on top, pizza on the bottom, etc. But it works really well and those 'rules' are to provide the best cooking tools for each type of dish. I also bought a second crumb tray so that there would be one on the top AND the bottom. Oddly enough, it only comes with one. I had to order that separate from the manufacturer but highly recommend it (about $15 with shipping, add that to your all-in costs). Its made for cleaning to be much easier (if it came with 2 crumb trays I would have given the easy to clean rating 5 stars). I'm someone who often cooks frozen pizza in my oven (directly on the rack), so based on the size of the ninja, I use my giant oven a lot less (in a warm climate, we don't love to use our ovens a lot as it heats up the house) and the pizza setting cooks it faster too! The air fryer works well too, and I love being able to set the actual temperature on the air fryer (my last toaster oven/air fryer combo had one temp for the air fryer). The convection feature really helps food cook faster. If I could make it better, I'd make the handle smaller so that the door could lay flat on the counter when it is open. As it is, its a tight squeeze to get the tray out of the bottom oven. Removing pizza is a little tricky too, but I worked it out. One more warning, its not very quiet when the air fryer or convection fan is running. Also, when you are done cooking, it will run a fan to cool it off quickly. That is also not quiet, but I've gotten used to it. It was definitely a surprise at first though, but I understand it is for safety.

The Double Oven is great
Very pleased with the Ninja double oven. I bought it to replace an old Breville oven and a ninja Multi cooker with air fryer lid. These two devices were showing their age, becoming impossible to keep clean, and took up a lot of counter space. I already have an InstaPot which gives me the pressure cooker capability. The Ninja Double oven takes only little more room than the old Breville, has better air frying capability than the old Ninja, and has the convenience of the two independent ovens . I have had it for about a month, done a number of the dinner recipes provided, use it every day for toast and lunch sandwiches. I have found it much easier to keep clean (although I am much more careful about keeping ahead of the build up). One caveat: as stated in the manual this uses up to 1.8KW, considerably more than my other devices, so take care to have a dedicated or lightly used circuit to plug it in.

Worst design ever!
With sadness (because generally Ninja products are awesome) I've to say that this air fryer has been the worst one I ever had owned. I bet on Ninja's historical quality with their blenders and food processors but here they dropped the ball with the design. There's no way to make something in the upper shelf that it doesn't burn out at normal temperatures. And, if lowering the temp to avoid charcoal on your toasts, then it will come out uncooked. The bottom compartment has three racks slots in a very bad height as you either get the food too low into the oven or to high that almost touches the flat metal separating the top compartment from the bottom one thus making the food to have very little room foe the hot air to circulate around. If choose to place the food at the very bottom it remains uncooked unless I do two rounds of heating. My kids are constantly rejecting their meals because of that so I have to cook twice every time creating a huge waste of time. VERY IMPRACTICAL and POORLY DESIGNED concept. They had a good idea but it was poorly executed. I deeply regret to had the packing box thrown away too son so now I can't send it back. Unfortunately will have to sell it for 1/5 of its price (and I just got it 7 days ago) in the Marketplace to make room for another one. IMHO this is to avoid at any cost!!!

Handy, easy to use
Since getting this early this year, it has easily been the most used appliance in our kitchen after the microwave. If I'm baking something that's small enough to fit in here instead of waiting for the full size oven to heat up, I use this. If I'm air frying something that's small enough to fit in here, I use this. Our toaster oven broke (which was actually the reason I bought this oven in the first place) and it does just fine for making toast. My only real complaint is that once it finishes preheating, it immediately starts counting down - I'd rather it give you a chance to put the food in - but overall I'm quite happy with it. Heats up faster than a full oven, but is still large enough to bake a small sheet of cookies. I haven't used the option to cook two things at once and have them finish at the same time, but just having the double oven available has been pretty nice. For the most part, it's pretty easy to clean, although I wish it came with two crumb trays rather than having to move one of them between ovens. But that's not a large enough complaint to deduct a star.
