I initially started looking into a Serotonin supplement for my 11-year old son. He has PANS, so he has insomnia, he has anxiety, and a very negative outlook on life. I was doing a search for GABA supplements and Natural Stacks came up. So I started looking into the company. I purchased a bottle of GABA and Serotonin. My husband and I decided to try them out first before we gave them to our son. Both of us have a history of waking up in the middle of the night, him worrying about work and me rehashing every bad decision I've ever made. When we took the GABA, we slept like stones! It was amazing. We added the Serotonin in and Oh My God. Not only did we sleep, but I woke up in the morning feeling good. I will say that if you are going to take both of these together, make sure you block out a chunk of time to sleep. The quality of sleep is something I haven't experience in a really long time. It worked so well for us that we decided to try it for our son. It's made such a world of difference. He not only sleeps now, but his overall mood has improved. He is no longer so doom and gloom. I truly appreciate the clean ingredients and the source transparency. I am so happy I found this company and I can't thank them enough.

I bought both 2 Serotonin and 2 of the Dopamine brain food supplements. They work for me some of the time. Dopamine only gives me a boost if I take it as needed, only one .. maybe 3 times a week. I tried taking it daily and it stopped working. Certain days nothing, other days it gave me a boost. It seemed better when it was intermittent. Serotonin I only take at night, it may be calming for sleep. Pricy. Still not sure how I feel about them.

I always joked I wish there was such thing as happy pills! Well I found them. These are a blessing!!! I was in such a bad bad state of mind to the point where I was so desperate to try anything so my mom gave me a sample of this. So I took it not expecting anything. Well let me just say I have never been this happy in my life. I'm a very balanced person too I eat well etc meditate. I ended up meditating 3 hours without moving this night and got things done! I have a bit of adhd so this helped me focus. I finally have my happy pills. I should say miracle pills please don't ever stop making these they are life changing.

There is nothing wrong with the product or company in itself. However, I battle extreme fatigue depression and anxiety and item did not work as I had hoped and didn't help at all with the amount of fatigue I battle on a daily basis . Even taking long term I didn't notice any change. If your looking for a quick or magic fix this is not the product and honestly non of them are. I have tried so many. Just go to the doctor and get professional help like I ended up having to do.
