In use since last couple of months, although effects of it comes over a sustained period of time but slightly better health effects could be felt, also based on different reports and recommendations. Do consult a seasoned health professional before adding it to your routine usage.

Ideallu Omega 3 is best consumed in liquid form but soft gel caps are the only option available when I purchased it, and the label and percentages of constituents seemed right. Ordered it for my parents and this is their experience. No funny after taste. No fish-y burps. No digestive troubles. Some help with joint (knee-arthritis) pain and skin health. Grain of salt: it could be a placebo effect, since they did not get a lipid profile after to do a comparison on LDL-VLDL-HDL ratios and the "some help" with pain is very subjective. Overall if you can't find the liquid or can't tolerate it. This is a good option.
