I am a guy who has bee gray since my early thirties. It is great for my sliver gray hair. It is smooth, non-oily, nice smell and leaves a discreet finishing gloss to my gray hair. It's just disappointing that Aveda does not make this product anymore. I was lucky to find one seller offering this product online. The seller charged me twice the price I normally paid for it. I had used this product for more than ten years and I just love it so I went ahead and got it anyways. This last overpriced bottle will have to last me for a looooooooong time!

I’ve been using this for over 20 years and it’s better than any other oil I’ve tried. The thickness is perfect, not to heavy or too thin. I put some in my palm and rub together also getting on between and on fingers and just run my hands through my hair. The smell is yummy but seems lighter than original which was heavier but perfect. I hope the bring back the stronger scent. Also it doesn’t make your hair feel oily. I have very long blonde hair that I don’t have to wash daily yet I can put this in my hair often and my hair just absorbs it and looks shiny and healthy.

i usually use garnier sleek and shine anti-frizz serum but this stuff works so much better! it’s love at first shine but the smell isn’t too pleasant. i recommend using your favorite smelling hair spritz or even just fruity perfume/body mist to go with it if u can’t handle the smell. still amazing product just the smell is really annoying, but don’t let that stop you from getting this honestly because they’re are plenty ways to mask the smell!

This oil is perfect for my scalp/hair needs. It's heavy enough to moisturize but light enough that it didn't cause issues with my scalp. It has a distinct scent that's not too heavily perfumed for me (I have multiple chemical sensitivities and react adversely to most fragrances). Glad I was able to find it here.
