Delivery was timely but the product itself was a huge disappointment. I ordered this instead of Voltaren because I believed in the hype and the previous ratings. The product does nothing. I used it twice and the muscle pain in the small of my back actually got worse both times. Thankfully, I managed to order my trusted Voltaren and within 2 hours I was feeling 100% better again. Please do not base your purchasing decision on previous ratings. This is a total waste of money.

Numbing effect is only for 10-15 mins

Doesn’t work at all

Absolutely useless ointment. I smeared the bruise once and 30 minutes later smeared it again. The result is simply "amazing" - the pain did not decrease at all. It's just a waste of money. I do not recommend it.

haven't tried creams with lidocaint as pain killing things - unexpectedly, it works. not a long term effect, but noticeable

I find it easy to apply and produces a soothing, healing feeling. Some warmth and reduction of pain. Don't have to use much for it to be effective. A little goes a long way. Non greasy and dries quickly

Fast and effective

This works very well for me!!! My 48 year old right knee tends to ache at night. This definitely allows me to get some sleep bc it stops the ache.

This is the only kind of pain relief cream that I buy and the roll-on is a win win! I like the fact that it is odorless so you don't have to worry about any smells./odors. Will continue to buy.

This stuff works -- you need to give it time, not instantaneous. I'm used to prescription lidocaine patches that give heavy-duty pain relief, so it isn't strong enough for me. As far as lotions go, it's great. Sinks in, no greasy residue, a bit of softness.
