INFLUX CEO and founder, Ben Richardson, has the ability to see the problem from all angles: as a user, designer, manufacturer, and entrepreneur. His experience in all of these categories gives him ins that produce highly optimized products that are top quality and easy to use. What makes your product special? Ben Richardson is a globally recognized designer and entrepreneur. He has revolutionized products for Yakima, Black Diamond, Hewlett Packard, and Nike. With his first startup, Puj, Ben changed the baby products industry with one simple design; going from zero to $1 million in sales the first year. With his unique skill-set as an Industrial Designer and Entrepreneur, he is now revolutionizing the wireless connectivity industry with INFLUX. Not only does INFLUX design practical WiFi solutions, but they are also designed to be simple to use. With no need for cords, software, or power, the INFLUX WiFi Booster is the simplest mobile WIFi solution on the market. What has been the best part of your startup experience? Partnering with OtterBox to develop the WiFi Booster Module has been a great oppertunity to share INFLUX technology with a broader audience. Our goal of providing WiFi solutions to everyone is within reach. INFLUX has accomplished a great deal in very little time. Founded in March 2015, we developed our first working prototype of the WiFi Router Dock in August of that year. The brand and line up of products were introduced at the 2016 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) and INFLUX was named "BEST OF CES" in the Wireless/WiFi/Router Products division. The support and feedback we've received from industry leaders, peers, and customer has been extraordinary.
