This really depends on your length and thickness. My hair is shoulder length and on the thicker side. I have used 4 times and still have 3/4 of the container left.

Can I hold this mask for few hours or all day for better results?

The instructions say leave for about 10 min I believe But yes . I leave in on for hours and i love the results and I don’t have any problem /side effects I do it and the morning and I do my chores then at then hours later I wash my hair You will love it !
