it gives good energy before workout ,good taste

I used muscle tech amino build before this (great product too) but this gave me an extra umph during my workouts (or maybe i got bored of amino build). Both are almost the same price considering the quantities of both optimum and muscletech. But I would recommend this over muscletech.
