Spanx are the best
You can't beat the quality of Spanx as long as you accept that you MUST order two sizes larger than the chart says you need. You will never get them on otherwise. (And if you do get them on, you'll be miserable.) Order two sizes up and they'll still be snug and hold down the jiggles. You'll feel confident and comfortable. These are perfect under skirts to keep you cool and prevent thighs from rubbing together. They also keep the skirt from sticking to your behind after you've been sitting. They're still a challenge to get on - especially after using a public restroom where you don't have a lot of room. Also, I can see where they'd be easy to snag with a rough fingernail or ring, so be careful. I really wish they'd make them in more sizes for larger bodies, but overall, they are awesome and worth the price.

love these
at first, I was a bit wary about buying them since I have thick thighs & worried that it'd cut into my legs & you'd totally be able to tell I'm wearing them. nope, not with these. I love them. they slim down my legs & love handles enough so I can wear a size lower than what I'd wear without them. easy to manage & they don't really roll down on the top unless I'm hunched over. I just have to make sure that they're pulled down far enough on my legs so they don't make any marks. (size 11/12 jean)

Everyone has a differnet shape, so use your discretion.
I don't like to write bad review but I think woman should know what they are ordering. While I am 5'5, 29 waist, 138 lbs the small fit fine. Not a struggle to put on. Just like wearing nylons. They were not as powerful as I had hoped. I have some one piece (wear with your own bra from Maidonform that I ordered on Amazon that fit wonderful) control products that I love better. These will be OK under dresses but def. do not work under skinny jeans. The legs did ride up. The top did not roll down. You can see the leg line under jeans. That was the bad thing. I wish they came up just over my belly button, but it will still work w/ the fit and flare type of dresses. I would think you'd see the line under form fitting dresses. Not a good look.I will be wearing these with my sun dresses soon so not a total loss. At least there are no straps to show. This is the link to Flexees by Maidonform...http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00284B5P0?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_act_title_1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER

Overall a good product, but TOO LONG down the legs
I like it. It does what it's supposed to, & is surprisingly sturdy for what is basically a 2-ply nylon stocking for your torso. I only hand wash & line dry, but I can tell this thing is not going to last forever. The back seam started to come apart at the top after a couple months (1 to 2 wears per week) so I sewed it back together before it became an issue. The only real problem I have with this thing is that it goes SO FAR down my thighs, seemingly for no reason whatsoever, that I can't wear it with ANY shorter / summer dresses or skirts. Why in blazes must these "panties" go more than halfway to my knees?? Seriously, I don't need "control" for my legs. They're fine. The description makes it sound like you can scrunch it up on your legs to adjust the length, but YOU CAN'T. If you try, it will just cut off your circulation and you will be in agony. Spanx is fine as long as you don't mind it being some kind of modesty police to keep wearers from donning short skirts. I already ordered Flexees with the "boy short" panty bottom, after seeing a couple of reviewers compare the products side-by-side.

Not worth the price
I bought these to wear under a pair of very light golf pants. I found them horrible for the price point for sure. First the waist is really high so with todays lower waistlines they come up too high. I thought they would give a nice sleek look under the golf pants but you could see the line where they stop on the thigh. Also, I ordered nude and the seller sent me black and I sent an e-mail to the seller about that and never heard back anything. I needed them so had to use the black but def. wanted nude. I am 5' 9" and ordered size C according to the height and weight chart and did find them to fit. These are not worth $30 and if you want to try something like it I would try a knock off at a lower price and buy them in a store so you can make sure you get the correct color. Maybe the higher waist helps prevent a side bulge but it looks and feels weird with a lower cut pant.

Spanx Power panties.
I did not think I would like these, but have heard so much about spanx & I have a new dress for a wedding that I want to look especially nice for so I decided to try them. I am also old enough to remember wearing a girdle many years ago & was not excited about going back to that. However, these are totally different in look and feel. These spanx fit perfectly and I hardly know I am wearing them, but still have the bit of tummy support that I wanted them for.

AMAZING
Well, I'm officially obsessed with Spanx. This is my first pair. They are amazing. So comfortable, I forget I'm wearing them!! Way different then other shapewear. For sure read the instructions before putting them on! But once you do put them on, you'll be amazed! I have it all, thighs, big butt, and a belly...and these held it all in!! I look about 10lbs thinner in all areas! I got a lot of confidence back. I had no problems with them, they didn't move or roll up or down. I highly recommend them!!

For all the hype, Spanx are ridiculous.
Not sure where to start...first of all, it doesn't slim you so you can wear tighter-fitting clothes (and I'm not talking a miraculous 4 sizes or anything, just clothes that have become a smidge too small...or normal clothes at that time of the month). Contrary to the picture, the fabric is so darn thick that it just adds bulk, which renders it pretty much pointless. Also, the fibers are not smooth, so dresses/pants catch on it, and you constantly have to adjust and tug to get your clothes to lay properly. The waist is too loose, the top rolls down, and even though there are technically no leg "bands," the bottoms dig in, so it's blatantly obvious that you're wearing them, especially under pants. What a colossal waste of money.
