I understand that this is suppose to fit tight, like a layer of skin. I ordered off the size chart and it was so tiny when it arrived. The company was great and refunded me right away and sent a label for me to send it back. They offered to send another size, but for us I think it's better to buy this in a store so we can try it on. Sometimes it is hard to buy clothes online without trying them on.

Ordered this for my almost 4 year old to wear under his FLASH costume. As expected, sleeves a smidge long - but nice snug fit for my 40lb 3.5 ft tall boy. Would be perfect for 4-6 year olds. Just need to stretch the neck hole to get it over their heads - once it's on - fits like a second skin as it should. It has a high crew neck - but not a mock turtleneck.
