I’ve taken these for years. They are effective and good quality. Must have for all women! They are easy to swallow since they aren’t too large like some others!

I have suffered from mild eczema for 40+ years. Diet changes, topical creams, allergy tests, nothing has worked long term in curing it. This supplement is the first thing I have taken that has truly worked in curbing my eczema! It had diminished 90-95% and I could not be happier! I still get the occasional breakout, but they do not last as long and are very mild. None of my doctors are aware of this option for eczema, and are actually surprised when I inform them as to why I am taking this. I take three (3) pills each day, with or without food. The Solgar cold-pressed Evening Primrose Oil 500 MG soft gel is easy on my stomach and works like a charm! I have family members who are taking other brands of Primrose Oil supplements which work too, but can be harsh on their digestive system. This brand is not. I am so, so happy and grateful that I have found this supplement!!! Bye-bye eczema!

I was told t take these by my PCP. It's too early to know if they work for my purposes but they arrived well and don't taste weird. Second time I buy vitamins from this brand and they seem like good quality and I like they come in glass jars.

Nicely sized, smooth capsules, extremely easy to swallow. In addition to using my silicone exfoliating pad and Black soap, I feel like this was the final piece of a Holy Trifecta responsible for my newly smooth and glowing complexion. I also stopped using Vitex a few weeks before I began using this product, and I had extremely tender breasts that had me wondering "Wtf? When is the last time I had painful boobs?" until I realized that I had stopped taking supplements for my PMS. So, I took two (2) capsules of EPO, and within four or five hours, breast tenderness GONE. With regular use, my PMS symptoms completely vanished, with only just the slightest bit of cervical tenderness (only to let me know that my cycle would soon begin) on the first day of my cycle. No more increased cup size, crazy water retention, and pimples the week before my period, nada. Even though diet is a likely culprit, my cycle is also a bit less...clotty. TMI, I know, I'm sorry, but I'm trying to write an honest (and unsponsored!!!!!!!!1) review here. Anyway, this product is a godsend for women. It's absolutely remarkable. I worked my way up from 2 capsules (1000 mg) to 4 capsules (2000 mg) daily. I particularly like the Solgar brand because they're typically soy-, wheat-, sugar-free.

So far, so good. I've been taking these about 3 weeks. I had a friend who read it could help with psoriasis, I have it very bad on my foot to the point it cracks & bleeds so it's difficult to walk a lot. I've tried many medications & topical creams that just didn't work, and this has done wonders! I've just taken it once a day and I can already see a huge difference! My cracks are all mostly gone, my skin is smoother than ever! It's so awesome to see my foot look this well, I'm only 21 and it's never been this clear. These are a much smaller size than the ones at my local Walmart, which is why I ordered these. Love! I included a pic, sorry if it's gross but I never would have believed it myself! ***update! November 2016*** I slipped up and stopped taking it for a while after my foot was looking and feeling so much better, and of course my psoriasis flared back up! I began taking it regularly again and the same results, fantastic! I just asked my boyfriend of 7 years to look at my foot. I said this is my "bad foot" he couldn't believe it! It looks as good as my foot that has never had psoriasis! Even better than in my after picture above from my first try with primrose!
