Great for tack cleaning!!

I tested the sponges by making these textured, abstract pieces, among others. Sponges have worked incredibly! Having a large pack is nice, because I can take some sponges and cut them into smaller pieces for smaller paintings/detail work. They are very easy to clean, I only needed water and a couple minutes of time to get all the paint out (darker colors are obviously going to stain them, especially after sitting. Even then, most color stains aren't that bad and don't affect how the sponges work). They shipped well, weren't too squished together in the bag they were in, and are a good size (cutting them up is very easy and makes little mess). Good price for amazing quality AND quantity, I'll definitely be buying again! I can't wait to try making clouds with these, I'll update when I do!

Like others who left reviews, I too am a face painter. Festival season is upon us and we need A LOT of sponges to do our jobs in a hygienic manner. This helps us accomplish that goal. I was a bit worried, reading the reviews, but at the cost, I decided it was worth the risk. I am glad I took it! Perhaps the distributor read the comments and changed their methods, but the sponges came full and fluffy, shipped and packaged nicely. None were misshapen. For my purposes, I cut them in half. They hold my paint well and wash easily. I do recommend this product to other painters, and when my sponges turn dingy and it's time for a refresh, I will order more from here again.

Okay so I read the reviews regarding the shipping and how squished they came and it's completely true, But.. because I always wash my used sponges in the washing machine I just put then in the washer in with my other sponges and after the warm water and the dryer (lowest setting) they were like new. I use them for facepainting one for each child. they do have some defects, very small but I cut them in half so it doesn't bother me at all. Great buy for the money

These sponges are great for arts and crafts. They are a great size and texture. Amazing price for the number of sponges you get. Yes, when they arrive they are tightly packed for shipping so some may look misshapen, but the moment you run water over them, they pop up into perfect shape. I took them out, rinsed them with warm water, let them dry and they all look great! The photo is after they were rinsed and dried. Great buy and I recommend them.

A little squished, but so what? I've been using a dish sponge (the soft side) to wax furniture because I just don't like to wax with brushes. The dish sponge just wasn't soft and flexible enough. I looked everywhere and finally saw these online. Kind of pricey, but they sounded good from the reviews. Long story short, they are PERFECT. Soft, flexible and I leave one right in the can of wax!

These are perfect for face painting! If you are a face painter then you know the struggle of finding a good sponge at an affordable price! I have used paradise and Wolfe brand sponges for years and after an accident with my kit I had to get replacement sponges on a budget and quick. Not only did I get them super quick but they are now my new favorites. I will be ordering these from now on! *** BEFORE USE*** these come vacuum packed and look warped BUT all you have to do is get them wet again and they puff up to there original shape. They also hold up to my vigorous sanitation process which has destroyed other brands without trying. Do yourself a big favor and try them out. You wont regret it!

After comparing prices, reviews & other items not listed on Amazon, I decided to go with this set of sponges. I am using these for multiple art projects & they have been great to have on hand. The sponges are high-quality, Dense, effective & have not worn out. I use them to apply paint; afterwards I rinse them out in warm soapy Water & they're ready for my next application. I will definitely buy these again IF they ever give in to frequent use. :)
