This is my go-to medicine when my infant-daughter or toddler-son gets sick! It comes with a syringe to feed directly into the back of the mouth to avoid spitups. My son (toddler) likes this better than Motrin, so this is the first thing I offer when he has a fever - once every 5 hours is usually enough to keep his fever at bay. It also comes in grape flavor, but he doesn't like that flavor as much. When he's really sick, like when he had strep throat, or hand/foot/mouth, I rotated between giving him Tylenol and Motrin every 3 hours, at our doctor's recommendation. He doesn't like Motrin as much, and sometimes throws up from it. For really young infants (my daughter), this is great too, because it's basically the only over the counter medicine you can give them for fever. The doctor told us not to give Motrin to our daughter because she's too young. She likes the taste of this and swallowed it, no problems.

Very good liquid pain reliever for infant babies. And a good price as well compared to grocery stores, drug stores and super centers. Which is the reason why I purchased it through Amazon vs the other places. I use it for My almost 14 months old teething daughter when the pain gets to much for her to handle. Her teething started at 2 months old. Yes 2 months. Now she almost gave all her teeth in. Just a few more to go. And we can get passed this physical pain she is experiencing. I was using the Hyland's teething stuff before until all matter of stuff went down with them. I just thank the Almighty God of Heaven and Earth that My daughter didn't suffer any of those dangerous side effects from that company. So I am sticking with Tylenol and Advil for her when her teething toys and ice pops can't help.

So, I realized that the "infant" versus "children's" liquid Tylenol formulations we'd found were the same strength, and I nearly bought the cheaper children's version. But then I realized that the infants formula contains an extra key ingredient: high fructose corn syrup. Judge if you must, but this stuff tastes great (yeah, I tried it). My baby takes this stuff happily, without dilution, straight in her mouth, no complaints. When confronted with a super-fussy, teething baby, it's really nice that she actually likes her medicine. And of course definitely check before you buy, to make sure that the formulation hasn't changed!
