Karen’s Naturals Freeze Dried Corn, 4 oz, No Sugar Added, Healthy Vegetable Snack, Non-GMO, Vegan, Gluten Free, Crunchy Sweet Corn

I originally bought this for my parakeet and parrot. Good to have to mix in with something else when you can’t cook something up for them, or a treat. My parrot in particular seems to love to crunch on dried/cracked corn. But there is no cracked corn available for pet birds, only outdoor ones. So I tried this. He loves it! An additional bonus is that I really like it too. It’s very tasty. I can’t really eat fresh corn as I have ulcerative colitis, and the corn shells don’t digest well for me. This is the perfect solution. Great for a snack, mixed in with some nuts/seeds, or in a salad.

Oh these are wonderful. I use mine mostly to put in my freeze dry soups I buy. It makes soups taste better with more veggies. These taste better then frozen or canned veggies. So far I have only purchased Karen's peas and corn and once I tasted how good they were I placed a huge order of both kinds so I wouldn't run out. They will keep forever and I can use just a little at a time and they will keep good, unlike the problem with using them out of a can or frozen package that forces me to use them almost all at once. These freeze dried are so practical and taste really good, just like fresh out of the garden.

This was by far my favorite flavor and I loved it so much. Great price and would buy again.

crunchy real corn flavor. I would suggest eating it as is as a snack just as it is. it will rehydrate but the texture is kind of spongey and would not work as a stand alone side dish. added to some survival or food storage fare it would be a great nutritious compliment. I bought this as a trial to see if I would want to buy larger sizes of FD veggies, and this worked well and tasted good so I will. :)

"Just Corn", I have always enjoy eating corn may it be corn on the cob, canned corn and creamed corn. So I had to try freeze dried corn and I am adding guess what another style of corn to diet. They are sweet but not to sweet not overly crunchy either can be addicting but a full bag of corn is better for you than a full bag of salty fatty chips. So this a great snacking alternative nothing added "Just Corn". I will buy again and again.

I love this! I like to put a small baggie in my lunch bag for a healthy snack. It's a nice, sweet treat that even my 2 year old asks for! It is better than the gummy snacks she asks for because it's healthier AND they don't melt if forgotten in a hot car. Not only that, but if she does drop them, they vacuum up really easily. :)

These are tasty and crunchy. I got these as a veggie supplement for my pet birds, but I have tasted them also. They definitely have lots of corn flavor and the crunch doesn't bother me at all. They would be great in trail mix or as a snack. Or mixed into recipes. They are worth a try if you haven't tried this companies line of products. My birds and I also like the "Just Veggies" and "Just Peas." Just got the "Just Raspberries" and my bird liked them, but they were much too tart for me.
