Excellent product

In Kentucky, the law requires that all traffic control devices follow the guidelines in this book. While its contents are rather technical and clearly takes a lawyer and an engineer to understand it, it is. the guideline for installing such traffic control signs, etc. I serve a chairman on a public safety commettiee for a city and therefore rely on the guidance in this book for actions we take.

My son, the future Traffic Engineer, wanted this version of the manual (as opposed to downloading *.pdf files). Of course, it contains all the details need for a good roadway. He loves it.

A question came for April 2015 exam right from the manual.For future test takers, take the time to highlight numbers and %s as desibed in the manul during your prepartion.The question can be a one liner reference between two three paragraphs.It requires more effort than just tabbing the section!
