Great gloves
Given to son for Christmas for cold weather riding. He says that they are excellent quality and keep his hands warm. The fact that they cover the bottom of his coat sleeve to prevent wind up his arms is a plus. Highly Recommended. XL was a little large. He could wear a liner with these gloves.

Keeps the cold wind off your hands and out of your sleeves
UPDATE: --Zero regrets getting these! Used them riding my motorcycle and then I used them snowboarding. For riding, I still have the same issue about the loss of dexterity. It is not horrible, but it is there. And I found I will tend to sweat in these. So if I stop, and the gloves get cold? It takes a while to warm up after I get going again. But it wouldn't stop me from buying these. The price and what they do? No brainer!-- Needed cold weather riding gloves for my motorcycle. I've got two fabric pairs that just do not keep my hands warm at all. Right now I am riding in weather that jumps from 32F - 48F and strong winter winds. PRO - They got here quick and what I like is they are gauntlets. They fit my fat hands pretty good. These paired with my leather jacket means NO wind/air is getting into my jacket sleeve. The leather of the glove is pretty good. CON - The leather is slick and not tacky, and you lose a good deal of dexterity. Also I am not 100% sure on how they will hold up on a days ride. (I'll find out Sunday) But going back and forth from work this week, and they did ok. Overall they are inexpensive gloves that seem to do the trick. You lose tactile feeling for the sake of warmth. As I put more miles on, I will update this review. I'd probably get these again.

Best motorcycling gloves for cold weather riding in my opinion!
After three pairs of gloves, I've found some that work for me! I bought some Winter Gloves Touch Screen Motorcycle Gloves Waterproof Cold Weather Cycling Gloves Skiing Snowboard For Men and Women ... (Blue, Large) , and those gloves didn't do well at all; They shouldn't even be advertised as usable for motorcycling. The wind cut right through these and there's not really any armor or reinforced material on them. I then bought ILM Alloy Steel Motorcycle Riding Gloves Warm Waterproof Windproof for Winter Use (L, BLUE(WINTER)) . These gloves did better, only letting wind through the empty space at the gloves' fingertips. I appreciated the fact that these gloves have a armor shell over the knuckles, but they're stiff and bulky, so operating certain controls on my motorcycle (turn signal lever, horn button, etc.) were tricky. I might try to keep using them, see if they loosen up. But then again, these Thinsulate gloves are soooooo warm and comfortable! No, they don't have an armor shell over the knuckles, but there is extra padding there. These gloves kept my hands completely warm. While these are a bit bulkier than the ILM gloves, the leather and thinner insulation makes them easier to move in, so I didn't have much difficulty using the controls on my motorcycle. I rode in temperatures as low as 36 degrees Fahrenheit, at speeds up to 75 mph, and these gloves kept my hands completely warm. They feel rugged enough that, should I crash (which I hope I never do!) I feel they'll hold up to the abuse. Of all the gloves I've used for motorcycling, these have been the best for cold weather riding.

Be careful before purchasing.
I love the gloves. They are very warm. The issues I have with them though are this. When I ordered the gloves, I ordered 2 pairs. A small for my wife and a large for myself. The problem was when I got the gloves, the smalls was too big for my wife and the large was too big for me. I have another 2 pair of gloves I bought that are large so I assumed that theyou would fit me as well. Well it came to be that the small pair fit me perfect. Sending the other pair back wasn't an issue(which is awesome!). The 2nd issues I had was the 1st day I used them, the velcro strap ripped halfway. I wasn't pulling much pressure on it. It isn't hard to fix the issue. It's just very annoying how easy it ripped. I have a jacket from the same company that makes these gloves and the opening on both the large and smalls are kinda small when it comes to going over the jacket. I have to fold my jacket sleeve a little to fit it properly in so that the wind won't go up my arm. Besides these couple issues, I love them. They are very warm and flexible as well as perfect for the wind.

Size was pretty accurate. The cuff has velcro for a custom ...
I tried these on a hundred mile stretch the day I got them and was immediately impressed by the fit and comfort. Size was pretty accurate. The cuff has velcro for a custom fit over any coat sleeve. The tag says "Real Leather" and is as soft as deer skin. I wore them longer than I planned (it wasn't very cold) and they felt so good I didn't want to take them off. The palm fits the grips comfortably and you can't feel any fat seams. The padding felt thick but I was still able to flip my visor and take my keys out and open my bags, The only cons was the clip that holds them together broke and one of the little loops wasn't stitched, but all the other seams looked good. The leather might be a little thin or they wouldn't be so soft, but hey these would cost 4 times this much at any motorcycle shop. I usually don't write reviews but these gloves are a GREAT bargain.

Gracias.

for the price . I didn't bother returning them . I ordered the next size down. I will use the larger size for everyday winter gloves in the cold canadian winters. I have road with them a couple times. They are warmer then your standard single leather race type glove for sure. If you want to ride in the sub zero temps. heated grips or gloves will help.

Me equivoqué de talla pedí una más grande y si me quedó grande, nada de qué lamentarse, los he usado en el frío y si protegen bastante, vamos a ver la duración de ellos por lo pronto para el frío están muy bien
