Nature's Bounty Saw Palmetto, Herbal Health Supplement, Prostate and Urinary Health, 450 mg, 100 Capsules

I like this brand because it’s third party tested, which is important if you want a quality product. Saw palmetto shows promising results for hair loss and helps improve density, so it’s been working with me but I use with pumpkin seed oil supplements and minoxidil.. been taking for over a year now and the results are really good.

My doctor suggested I try saw palmetto when my prostate started enlarging, so I gave these a shot. In my experience, they did seem to help a bit, especially with some of the urinary annoyance stuff, but I wouldn’t consider them a substitute for proper treatment if things are progressing. I’m actually still taking them, but I’m also on prescription medication now, which has made a bigger difference overall. I look at this more as something supportive rather than a complete solution.
