I purchased a very well know surf brand rash guard for my preteen daughter before purchasing these. This name brand was so tight on her that she would not even wear them. and she is not heavy. She is about 100 lbs and 5 feet tall and the small was too tight all over. I came back to amazon and in hopes of finding one that she would be able to wear all day because we often are at the pool then will come inside for a while and then will go back out to the pool later and instead of changing 5 times a day it is nice to have something that she can wear around the house over her bathing suit or even to the store. This is it! My daughter has worn this to the pool, to the water park and out running errands (between pool visits) and we have gotten so many compliments. I love the coverage, the fit and style. My preteen daughter would wear these every day if i let her because they are so comfortable and cute.

I bought this rash guard for my full figured daughter for summer camp. She wears it and washes it daily. So far so good, we are on week 5 of camp and this shirt is going strong. No fading or overstretching. It has kept its shape and has kept her sunburn free. I am so glad the sizing was correct and this is not too form fitting, it looks great on her!!

It is a little large. I am 5'3, 34DD, and usually a size medium. The medium in this rash guard was a little large. Rash guards are supposed to fit rather snug and it had a little wiggle room. It fit more like an actual shirt than a rash guard. So I'd order a size down if you want it to truly fit like a rash guard. Other than that, the color , material and looks of this rash guard is awesome! I would still definitely recommend it.

I wear this over my various bathing suits. Actually they are swimdresses. Anyway this spf50 shirt makes it so I don’t have to sunblock all the little hard to reach areas around my neck, shoulders, armpits etc. save me time and I never have to worry that I missed a spot. Nice and lightweight but definitely protects my skin from the sun.

My other rash guard tops are all loose fitting. But where I've been buying from doesn't offer a size extra small, so I tried this one in small. If fit perfect, but, too short! I'm 5'2, 130 lbs. On top of that, it shrank in size and length when I washed it. It fits snug like it should, but I like longer tops. It is a thicker material than what I have bought in the past.

This is a *great* purchase, especially for someone who burns easily in the sun but is planning to spend a lot of time outside and in the water. I spent 4 days on the beach and snorkeling, and without this shirt, I definitely would have been very burned! It's lightweight, long enough to cover the whole back, and comfortable in and out of water. As for the fit, I typically wear a medium in women's shirts, but given the material, I erred on the side of getting a large, and it fit very well - only a little loose, not constraining or giant. Definitely a worthwhile purchase!

I swim several times a week and this is a great rash guard at a good price.

I love the fabric on this. The size was the only problem. Large did not fit 140 # woman. Too tight in shoulders and through body. I will definitely buy a larger size.

At about $17 Cdn, this top is an absolute steal. Pricing tops of the same specs around the city, I found that the minimum price was around $40 Cdn &up. The construction is well-done, I couldn't find a single problem. Appropriate thread, stitch types, and an excellent fabric (weight and hand), together with a very tasteful, multi-tone print down 1 side. This print is a vinyl heat-transfer. When set properly by the garment manufacturer, there's no reason to expect it to peel off. However, this type of printed garment MUST be washed inside-out, in COLD water. Laundering with heat basically reverses the print's heat set by melting the adhesive. If you don't like the print, heat the heck out of the garment and it will start to peel off. Fit/size: I usually wear XS - I purchased this shirt in medium and fits me well, other than some pulling under the arms (just as in the item photo) due to an armhole that is not quite large enough.
