Since going through menopause I went from size 4-6 to size 12-14...I usually purchase everything in large/ex-large just to be on the safe side since I am pretty curvy at the bottom.I purchased this garment in a size ex-large because when ordering stuff like this it is usually smaller in size than what the package states. To my surprise I find that this garment is a tab too big, not a whole lot big but in order to get a better fit you should order your right size because this item comes true to size. When you take it out of the package it looks too small but trust me, it's not, however, you should follow the instruction on the package when putting it on and you should not have any problems.If you wear a size small then order small, if you wear medium, order medium and if you are a true large size then order a large etc...The material is a little light but durable and comfortable. I will definitely be ordering this item again but next time in a smaller size. Hope that this helps...

I think this product does exactly what it says it does. I am 5' and 190 about a size 16-18 carrying alot of my weight in my hips and butt and of course it was very tight going on but that let me know it was going to do it's job! It is a bit thinner in the legs than in the stomach area but still way heavier than a "pair of cheap pantyhose" as one customer claimed and I still found it smoothed the lumps and bumps on my thighs quite nice. I also don't know how the product tore or ripped for some unless they just got one waaay too small because even with my measurements at 38, 30, 44 the xl has served me well with no issues other than looking stupid wiggling into it. It wccents my curves nicely and holds everything into place. Very happy!

In hindsight I should have gotten an XXL but they didn't offer it so I went with the XL. It was a workout just to get it past my hips! I thought I had slim hips, but apparently not by this things standards. Once I did get it on and properly situated I loved it! It does wonders for the stomach area and the thighs.The down sides are the straps. I dislike how they sit on the shoulders. You can't wear a sleeveless shirt with it unless you're not wearing a bra otherwise the straps look out of place with your bra straps and they aren't going to cover it.I also wish the stomach control went all the way up to under your breasts, but it doesn't so it makes a bump when sitting down as the area is flattened out it pushes it upwards. Think push up bra, but for your stomach.

This items works very well to smooth out the lumps and bumps. The open crotch area seems large until you have to use it! It is the right size to get the job done! My skin is very sensitive and the lycra makes me itch a little, but overall is very comfortable and helps with flaws in the figure. I would recommend this product, just be aware that it is very very snug. I usually wear a medium and it was way small, so I returned for an XL and this fit perfectly. I would recommend you go a size up at least if not 2 sizes! I really like the product and would recommend it.

This item is by Cocoon and the package clearly states LIGHT (control) full body thermal braless capri. This item is not firm control, and is misrepresented in this listing. I'm 6 ft tall size 12/ 180 lbs and XL fits snugly & well. Item has a strange sewn in section on abdomen which sounds like crinkly wax paper. The legs/ thighs don't have strong compression. I washed mine before wearing because it smelled horribly of chemicals. It appears to lift the backside well & I like that it has straps to prevent rolling. This item is not super high quality stretch material like spanx, but appears to do the job for the short term.

This item says firm control. The control garment that I received said light on the package. I have a Vedette control garment that looks similar only is mid-thigh length and the quality of that one is MUCH greater than this. The control panel in the front only barely came to my waist and I don't have a long torso. So there was a weird bulge where the control panel ended. The rest of it did seem more like panty-hose than a high quality control garment. I had to send this body shaper back, it was the cheapest-quality control garment that I've ever gotten. If you are truly looking for firm control, I would suggest Vedette "Stephanie" Firm Control Full Body Shaper #104. It's not full body, but it doesn't dig into my legs leaving bulges like most of them do. I'm six weeks out from having had a difficult c-section and I wear the Vedette every day and people are constantly saying how great I look.

I've had triplets and a few abdominal surgeries. None of which was my tummy tuck. Lol. I wanted a garment that would give compression and slim my waist without showing under my clothes. I chose this piece because of the longer leg. I hate when garments like this cut my thigh in half and create a bulge that isn't there otherwise. This garment worked great. My only complaint is how dificult it was to get on. I think I should have ordered a size larger than I normally where. And using the restroom while in this is next to impossible. Needless to say I didn't eat or drink much in this piece

I read some reviews where somebody said it was smaller than normal....so I assumed it was as ordering clothes in chinese size, I ordered a XL size and it was somewhat large...it's comfy but for the next time I will order my real sizeI only have 1 con from this item...the material is a little bit stronger than pantyhose, it would be great if the material were tougher.

It fits well. it does chafe a little around the underarm area after several hours. But I do love the results it gives.
