not the best but using it
OK item, prefer the previous model that no longer worked for me, doesn't find the paper at times, uses a lot of toner, runs through diagnostics frequently, not the best but using it, making it work for us

Decent but slow and noisy
I've had good final product with the printer, but it seems like it goes through a series of convulsions to print. Printing is very slow to get started and your heart rate incrases as you fear it will deliver an error message to you; but most of the time, all is well. Just be willing to pay less money and put up with, "Chunka, chunka, chunka."

Absolute worst printer ever!
As an IT professional, I deal with a lot of printer issues. This printer takes-the-cake though, I've honestly never worked with a worse printer in my life! It is absolutely impossible to find any documentation on how to factory reset this device. A lot of people will say, "just go into the settings!" The screen read-out it literally numbers so you can't even tell what menu you're on, the computer recognizes the printer but cannon's own driver software cannot. Honestly, it's highway robbery that they sell these for over $200! I wouldn't pay $2. Save your time and money and buy an HP or a brother printer.

noisy
Has a problem picking the paper up. It may take 20 to 30 seconds to pick one page up..? It prints fine after all the noise, not sure why it can't find the paper though!

Piece of junk!!
I have to say that my experience with this printer has been awful. The wireless keeps disconnecting for no apparent reason. I will send a printout and it won't print. About 15 minutes later it may or may not print. Sometimes it will print just fine and then just stop. Doing all kinds of odd things. Called Canon support and that is 45 minutes of my life that I will never get back. Tech ask about the connection %. It was 91% and he said that might be to low. REALLY!!! We changes things, rebooted the computer and nothing worked. I am out of the return policy, so I am probably going to set it out with the trash. Hope your experience is much better.
