if you only want to make the chain without the interior it is difficult and tends to break easily, if you make one piece with the inside then you need to paint the chain separately. it is ok but does not give you the finish you want. overall I find it just ok, a little pricey for the quality that you achieve at the end.

I love this silicone molding! I used a knife and laid it flat on the silicone and sliced off the extra gumpaste/fondant and it gave a clean cut and came off easily!. I use confectioners sugar, but you can also use a little bit of the shortening to make a smooth removal.

This is an awesome chain link mold. I used it to make hearts and boarder for my client's wedding cake. I also used this mold to make a slouch handbag cake with a chain strap.

Awesome, awesome mold. Made out of the perfect material, sturdy yet super flexible. It did take me a few tries to perfect, but once I did it worked perfectly!

This is just the best item I have in my craft room. It works real well and I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

This silicone mold was easy to use but most importantly came out perfectly. It made my purse cake look like the real deal!

Well made and 19" really helps you don't have to connect so much with this.
