Excuse the fireworks in the background of the video. Neighbors are early on 7/3. Amazing water fountain! I was impressed with the appearance, the lights, the amount of water it holds! There are 2 water flow options on the pump to have the water flow heavy or light. There are 2 cords from unit; one for lights and one to power the pump. Mine arrived in perfect condition. Be prepared to get rid of a lot of styrofoam in the box. No assembly required minus adding the pump to the hose and power to the lights. There is a piece that you slide in the back to hide where the pump goes. It has a small hole for the cords. Make sure of placement of unit prior to adding water. It’s heavy when it is full. I used a Smart plug so that I can power the lights & pump separately from an app on my phone. The lights were brighter than I expected but I love it. I did not want dim, just assumed they would be. Looks more expensive than it is. I would love to spend $400 on a fountain but that’s not happening when I rent. Not lugging around a giant fountain. This one is pretty lightweight when empty. You will not be disappointed with this fountain!

I researched outdoor fountains extensively before buying this one last May. Having just cleaned it and put it away for the winter, I can safely say that I am very pleased with my purchase. At this price point, it was very difficult to find a lighted fountain. The lights on this fountain look wonderful at night. I especially liked that there is a separate plug for the lights. I was able to plug the lights into a light sensitive timer so that they go on only after dark. I did not have any trouble with the bulbs. Extra bulbs are included in the box, which are good to have. The water flow is excellent. In fact, it might be too strong for some. Expect to hear a steady pouring sound rather than a light trickle. I believe the good water flow helps prevent clogging. Debris seems to settle inside the lower resevoir (which is not visible). I never had to clean this fountain because it became clogged, as with other fountains I've had. That being said, cleaning it is not easy. To do it right, you really have to disconnect the top tier and drain the water from there. Otherwise it seems impossible to get all the water and debris out of the bottom. But I wouldn't let this stop you from buying, as I only had to clean it twice in 5 months (the second time being before I put it away for the winter). Again, I was very happy with my purchase. It's a great fountain at a great price.

I bought on amazon..and right after I purchased they raised it almost a hundred bucks.. so I feel blessed to have been able to get it at the price I did.. Really great.. lovely peaceful sound.. seems well made.. already basically set up except lights and pump.. very easy.. They only small small small thing.. I wish they would have put a light in the top container.. I don't know why they didn't.. It would have been more balanced and perfect!!.. TOO BAD.. But really a lovely fountain..and no complaints..

I love this fountain. I had it indoors and I really loved it because it gives off a fairly loud sound of a typical fountain, almost to a fault. It sounds like your washer is running but it is really awesome. So what to keep in mind and watch out for.... the water flow is steady at first and runs excellent. The lights are amazing. Why I moved mine on to the balcony is because it started to splash from a broken stream. To fix this issue you need to add water and it will run perfect. Especially outdoors in hot weather. If this wasn't an issue I would have it inside for sure. I just found that worrying about it splashing on the carpet wasn't worth the hassle. If you keep it full with water, it will not splash or shouldn't splash. As I said, the stream gets off course or broken per say when it needs more water. But I do love this item overall.

I ordered this Napa Valley fountain through Amazon Prime for $199.00, a great price. Amazon handled order; Alexa and email kept me in the delivery loop, 50-lb. box arrived on time and undamaged. Had to wrestle with styrofoam packing, but fountain pieces seemed fine, instructions made sense. However, the middle tier would not lock into place; a flashlight search revealed two sites where resin-fiberglass debris and molding glue (or whatever) blocked the locking channel. Nervous about botching my own repair--to chisel out the blockages--and thus voiding the warranty, I phoned and emailed Bond Manufacturing about the manufacturing flaws. Two Bond customer service reps valiantly sought to resolve the issue, routing my emailed photos and explanation of the problem to the warranty department who lollygagged until the reps kept after them, only to be told to relay this answer to me: "Unfortunately, we do not have replacement parts available for our water fountains. Only the inner workings. Please contact the retailer that the item was purchased from to issue an exchange." These statements contradict the instruction manual's "Do not return to retailer if you have any questions or concerns" and the limited warranty's "This product is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from date of purchase for material or manufacturing defects. . . . Guarantee consists in guaranteed substitution of defective parts." So much for Bond's website claim that "We have always stood behind every product we sell. . . . Bond – committed to bringing you the utmost quality, value, and service." Sorry for my rant, but I'm really disappointed about my fountain. Unlike some reviewers (and I'm not questioning their observations or experiences), I saw no problems with the coating on the fountain pieces, the fountain assembled smoothly except for these material obstacles, the pump tested well. Now I see that this fountain has sold out on Wayfair and Home Depot, and the Amazon price has floated to $399.00. It must be selling like hotcakes. I hope everyone else who purchased this fountain is delighted with it, but I've been burned by Bond and won't be purchasing anything else from them. Yes, I returned to the retailer Amazon who explained that the replacement option isn't available in my case. I assume that means the fountain is sold out and they can't find another one. Sigh. Just finished grappling with 50 pounds of fiberglass and paraphernalia, repacking the box, styrofoam all over the husband and dogs and me. I'll get a full refund from Amazon--no problem with them--but no one has mentioned pain and suffering compensation. So . . . if you want to chance it, order this fountain. Just pray that you don't get a lemon. Godspeed.
